Amazing service with Robert, 5 stars all the way :) First off very professional and courteous, and he never tried to sell me on the job, more so than anything he would educate me on what is wrong with the line. Awhile back we had issues with our sewer main line to the due to roots or something in the line from what other plumbers told us, but they were never specific and told us it would cost a small fortune to fix without showing us whats really wrong with our pipes. and if they did show us it would still cost just to see!!!!! Fast forward until our next backup... So we decided to give a local company a shot at what they would do and boy do I wish I called Robert @ Resolved the first time! He was on time, showed up looking good and actually cared about fixing our problem rather than just looking for the sale. he gave us the options and since I'd been through the ringer already we ended up doing the liner on the sewer main with a new clean out he recommended since he showed us all the problem spots and we haven't had to call him back in a long time. Robert is a superb professional and we will be contacting him for our drain needs in the future! He is an honest and accommodating plumber who most importantly responds lightning fast and shows up on time or earlier as promised! His price is fair and he educated us on everything he did and inspected other things around the house as well. We had an in-wall drain leak from the upstairs toilet and Robert suggested we try the easiest fix first before ripping out walls with resetting the toilet. Lo and behold, there was some strange shoddy work putting the toilet and wax ring in place. This stopped the leaking through the afternoon, but later that night we notice some water leaking again. We texted Robert who cleared his schedule (!) the next day to accommodate our schedule and he showed up to find an almost sheared branch connection after a couple hours inspecting and cutting through our fireblock wall in cramped spacing without a complaint. Again, Robert made time for us the very next day and even gave us a credit for the toilet fix the day prior. Furthermore, initially we had observed leaking coming from the tub as well, but after fixing the branch connection, he was honest and let us know that it no longer appeared to leak and he cancelled the waste & overflow tub drain work amount on our contract without hesitation instead of proceeding to take our money, but promised to keep the original pricing if we did observe it again in the future! The water pressure throughout my home had been getting weaker over time and I couldn't figure out why. Exchanged messages with Robert through Yelp and arranged a day and time for him to visit my home. He arrived within the first half hour of my 2 hour time slot which was awesome; no waiting around! Robert and his partner Kevin were able to find the root of the problem immediately and fixed it in a matter of seconds (just needed to bypass an old water softening unit that I no longer use which I thought was shut off completely).
