As soon as I ask them why my cost has gone up, they rudely tell me next time will cost even more. No joke. David had some guy Tony Ebarb message me back when I asked about the price hikes. Ebarb responded (using caps lock), how he would make me pay even more next year...... I think they want to be like HR Block where they can simply crank out high volumes of easy returns.
