It was a busy Friday but I had put my order in before hand and they still went above and beyond in service to make sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion while being hospitable. I didn't feel like just an online order. I was around 20 ish minutes away and getting home the food was still hot and fresh. You can tell it was made with love. They know what people like and they know how to execute it. It's not like a franchise who doesn't listen to specific requests. It felt like both my mother and my own orders were made customized exactly how we asked them to be and they did it thoughtlessly and professionally with heart. I couldn't finish the large portions they gave in their affordable combos but even reheating it the next day in a toaster still hit the same time as the first fresh bite. I actually ended up going there again today and since it was Thursday it wasn't jam packed. When you enter you can see them actually cook all the meals fresh to order and for the price they charge I cannot commend them enough for keeping quality, quantity, and price at the forefront of their business. I got to meet the owner and one of the head chefs since it wasn't too busy (which is ridiculous because everything I've had so far is delicious and mouth watering and just walking into the place smells like a home I'd love to live in) but they were so personable. They have homemade baklava which is to die for and they even went above and beyond to have a conversation with me. When I placed my order I told them I like my stuff extra spicy and had to make some tweaks for what I am doing on my diet (no bread ugh can't wait to be able to eat that again) they not only made the order I had paid for but the owner asked me where I lived and I was able to tell him how delicious his food was he went above and beyond to give me a sample of his spicy chicken over rice (you can see it in the attached picture) he was so appreciative of his customers and so was the chef. They constantly asked me questions to make sure what I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. These are some if the most meticulously kind, thoughtful, and straight up real humans I have met in so long. To be able to order fresh to order food at the price of what McDonald's would charge for frozen disgusting burgers and fries that do not rot is truly a gift given in the small town of alburtis. I wish nothing but the best for them because they have given me nothing but their best. I can't wait to make my way through the entire menu!
