Stopped in to The Breakfast Table in Easton after having some people tell me to try a breakfast sandwich. Asked the woman who helped me with the order what meat she suggested and she said bacon. Bacon egg and cheese, No SPK. She was friendly. The establishment is cash only and the sandwich was $8. The flavor on this was good. The Kaiser was solid which isn't always the case in the Lehigh Valley. Seemed to be 3 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, and cheese. The egg yolk was left slightly runny which I enjoy from time to time. For the price I'd have preferred a bit more bacon...but this is the world we live in now I suppose. Prices just continue to escalate. I just ordered takeout from the breakfast table for the first time and it was my first time eating there as well. Takeout was good quality and super fresh. They were super polite over the phone and picking the food up. This place is all cash and she let me know the total up front. A con is that it's all cash so if you don't have cash or enough you'll be out of luck. From what I could tell it was a nice little place to dine. I give this place a 3.5 It is a small, cute place. It is cash only but you wouldn't know unless you come here, no atm. They ran out of apple juice so that didn't start off well, limited drink selection. The food looked very appealing but overall was just "ok" to us and we are foodies. The price is high for the amount of food esp compared to Billy's or Alfie's. Our veggie omelette had huge pieces in it they were not dice or finely chopped so that was unappealing, the breakfast potatoes come with peppers and onions also big. The pancakes were dry and my strawberries came inside which I felt is why it dried out it's hard to make fruit inside pancakes and I was not asked if I wanted them inside or on top. The place is very small but clean and cute, the staff is awesome and both of those things factor into my rating. The food is fine. I left feeling full but nothing was amazing or too exciting. The breakfast potatoes are advertised as having peppers and onions but ours only had one or two large pieces of onion & pepper in each serving, the potatoes were cubed & appeared to be air fryed, but they were seasoned well otherwise. Nothing memorable about the rest of the meal, sadly. The other memorable things were that they only take cash (or check the hostess informed us!) and the prices- it was about $58 for the three of us, not including a tip. For an okay breakfast that's a bit ridiculous to me. We did really appreciate the kindness of our waitress but most likely won't go back. We randomly came for breakfast here this past Saturday after seeing that a closer breakfast spot had disturbing reviews. The Breakfast Table had 4 stars so we headed over to give it a try. We walked into a full house, not an open table to be found. We were immediately greeted by the owner who kindly asked us to wait a few minutes for a table and offered us a beverage while we waited. As we waited I noticed that everyone's food looked amazing. After we were seated and I checked out the menu I knew I couldn't go wrong with my choice. We ordered the cannoli French toast & the tomato, basil & mozzarella omelet with breakfast potatoes. Both were delicious. If I lived locally I would be a regular at the Breakfast table, but I don't so I'll recommend for others to enjoy instead. *Of note, this establishment is cash only, we didn't realize that ahead of time but no big deal, it's always understandable when a small business avoids those credit card fees instead of up charging customers to make up the difference read more

This place is definitely delicious and has a great staff and wonderful decor. The main problem I have is that their prices are a little steep, in that you don't get a side. There were no hashbrowns or toast, and with the breakfast panini, there was about half a cup of fruit. I think you get hashbrowns with omelets, but not with anything else. I definitely recommend the place, I look forward to trying their lunch sometime, but just note that if you want anything with your breakfast, you have to order it separate and pay extra. Had been here a few years ago. Enjoyed it but didn't make it back until this morning. Breakfast panini was quite good and came with fresh fruit which was delicious. Daughter had French toast which was great too. Had to share a scrapple which was a little burnt for my taste but I'm sure if I specified they could accommodate. Nice little place in a nondescript strip mall. A little out of way for me but most of the customers on a weekday morning were clearly name-basis regulars. My dad and I visit eateries for breakfast once a week. This was our first time, new impression. I cannot offer any improvements. Owner was very kind and courteous, food was delicious, fresh. I ordered the tomato/basil/mozzarella omelet. Amazing. The breakfast potatoes with them were wonderful too(I'm picky about them); not burnt, not greasy, just wholesome and satisfying. Coffee was great and didn't need any creamer or sugar. Presentation of food artful and thoughtful. Toast was delicious. Dad ordered omelet and side of fresh fruit. The berries and everything was truly fresh. No bad blueberries as we find at other local eateries this time of year. A lovely dining experience! I typically do not like the feel of strip mall restaurants, but upon entry you forget you are in a strip mall. This restaurant has a cozy homey feel. It almost feels like you are dining in someone's home - like a bed & breakfast. The staff is very friendly. We were lucky to be seated immediately on a Saturday late morning. The menu has a nice selection without being overwhelming. Our meals were delicious. COVID protocols are in place. They do have outdoor dining as an option. They serve what THEY want, not what you order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs & cheese (so exotic) after we were told to seat ourselves & watched many tables receive menus. I watched many lovely looking plates pass by with beautiful garnish. Finally (a LONG time later) I got a fried egg on a bun. Sorry, can't stand fried eggs, so I don't order them. My companion flagged someone down to request a to go container-no one had stopped to ask if the food was OK and was told that they ONLY serve fried eggs-not indicated on the menu that didn't show up for a LONG time. What a great little find! Outta the way a bit but worth the trip. The food is so fresh and well prepared. It's clear they take pride in their craft here. The wait time can get out of hand occasionally because it's a small place, but also worth the wait. I was so impressed by the owner who served and worked right along with the wait staff when we were there. Difference between a leader and a boss right there. Quaint atmosphere and very friendly. The food wasn't bad but the wait was horrible. Brian at the front desk was nice and kept the energy up while waiting for over 30 minutes though we called ahead. Many people waiting were annoyed because he would skip over your name to someone else, which caused people to leave. The food was okay, but nothing to brag about. I wouldn't really go here again. This small but homey brunch spot is a must in the Easton area. Came on a Saturday morning and was very lucky to not have to wait (many people came in right after us and the line got super long) everything on their menu is delicious- but I would say a must is the pancakes. This place has the affable vibe of many of the other brunch outlets that are sprouting up like dandelions in the Lehigh Valley (and nationwide). But, while most of them (Griddle 145 first comes to mind) are a good 30% more in price point than your standard family diner, Breakfast Table is only about 15% more. This could be a clincher. It combines Victorian tea room with contempo-casual ambiance, and it really works. Except that it seats about 20 comfortably--smaller than a Chrysler that's as big as whale. Yet they try to cram more like 30 seats into the place, and there's likely to be elbow-bumping during the peak hours when people are waiting for a table. Frankly, the only reason I could sit at my table for six (made by combining two deuces) was because the table behind me had a vacant space. If all 4 seats in that table behind me were occupied, I wouldn't have been able to sit. The service is friendly, fast and bustling, which they have to be to solve the GRE logic puzzles that come with challenging space management. The breakfast options aren't super adventuresome, but portions are generous and very aesthetic, and they sure know how to pair their bread with the eggs. Coffee was plentiful and, from the reports of my fellow diners, SO much better than your standard family restaurant. So, yeah, sure, bring your jukebox money to the Breakfast Table, and prepare to indulge--but not too much! If you gain so much as a pound, you'll need some Crisco to lubricate your way back out the front door. read more
