There was absolutely nothing relaxing about it. The pain is no better either. This person needs a complete retraining. Maybe this place is only good for foot massage and not body. No chance I will come back and I would recommend passing up on this place. My recommendation is to have the person who trains have the staff massage them so they can see where improvement is needed. Typically when I get bad service I do not post it but this was that bad I needed to warn others.

The massage is always very thorough and progresses in a very logical order. There is also a table shower option included, which I always take. John told me Medicare will not pay for his services but my secondary insurance will. He said he would submit the payment to Medicare and after they turn it down he would submit to Aetna. I got a letter from Aetna saying they had not received the Medicare decision and could not pay me. I am trying to resolve this with John. I will update my review if I receive payment. BTW it did not resolve my back pain but I don't blame John for that. I know acupuncture is not always successful.
