The second time I made a reservation and staff were a bit rude about making the reservation. To be honest staff always felt a bit annoyed at us for visiting. We tried our best to speak Czech and be polite, but staff felt a bit cold. The atmosphere was impacted by service, but I will say it gets lively in here. The restaurant is not particularly large so it can get loud in a good way. Food seems to be cooked as ordered, so we did wait easily over twenty minutes for dishes to come out. I didn't mind as you could tell dishes were fresh. I have traveled all over Latin America so I have had the best of the best Latin food. Sabroso does a good job with their dishes. The ingredients always felt fresh. The tacos, burrito, soup, and nachos were all really good. I wouldn't call dishes super authentic, but I still think everything tasted pretty darn good. Prices seemed pretty fair for most dishes.

The staff is friendly but speaks little English, although that was no issue to get an order in! I enjoyed the dumpling soup and ate most of a doner kebab, which the meat was so tender and delicious. It was so much food, I practically rolled out of there!
