This place is a dump! No one around to assist, I purchased some U4 tiger shrimp and they were rotten. When I brought them back to my place they smelled and I was sick after the first bite. I would not patronize any restaurant that comes in and purchases perishable foods from this place and then puts them in their hot car for transport. Currently waiting for help after contacting freezer manager and two other freezer employees...item is seaweed salad that is out of stock on the shelf but shows, as per the very helpful receptionist Ivana, there are over 100 in stock (but not on customer access shelf). Ivana actually left her station to personally go and enter the freezer to help us. She called multiple other employees to help her and no one answered...so. It only are employees not helping the customers asking for help they are also not helping their coworkers. Now waiting for nearly 30 minutes for any help...none...except for Ivana. read more

The cashier is soo rude and she don't want to work . She was eating oranges and she don't want to serve the customers . When we asked her if she want to serve us she said you can go somewhere else and we was trying to talk to her manager but he was scared to ask her or to do anything . I have to say that today I had a really terrible experience at the Boyton Beach location, the person who was at the customer service was really disrespectful and unprofessional. She shouldn't work with customers directly. Weeks ago I opened my membership online and then I went to that location to get my membership card with my company docs. The told me that day the machine that prints the cards was broken and gave me a temporary pass to buy some stuff, today I went to the same location and she told me that I had a card rejecting awfully all kinds of reasons behind my situation. a similar thing with a previous customer when I was waiting on the line, is this really the treatment people deserve from this lady? great store very organized since kurt gm took over this place very clean i use to go to pompano store and switch to boynton beach location even so my store in boca raton closer to pompano any thing i need or request that they dont have or i cnnot finf i ask the genral manger he always on top things and find what i need and delivered the best part about i ask he csays give me a minute he put his jacket on and run inside thw freezer and bring i love his kinkness and service he should go and train other stores customer service keep up the ggid work read more
