Thank you for giving my 50lb box a push out of my car as I pulled & lifted. Had I known it was going to be a big deal I would not have asked. I'm shocked I had to ask to have my shipping label attached to a large plastic box via sticker envelope holder versus basic tape. Had I not asked for what is standard at any true UPS store, the label would have fallen off & my package lost . Boy this could have been a nightmare. To finish this fun interaction I asked for a receipt & was rudely tossed "What do you want a cup of coffee too" comment! The notary is extremely cordial, helpful and explains any and everything he does very clearly (in case errors in the document need correction or omissions require modification). Ok. So my friend became a grandmother again yesterday. She is caring for the older siblings and I wanted to send them "big sister presents" and cards. I am leaving town first thing in the morning so I thought I would send it to her USPS Priority. I recalled this location which was nearby where I was shopping so I went there. I wanted to get this off before my trip. What a rip off. When I got there, I asked the clerk if they had USPS Priority Services and he said, "all we have for Priority is an envelope". He produces an 8x11 envelope. I asked if he had priority boxes and he said, no and that I'd have to buy a box. Small 12x10x 3 box. No problem. He had me fill out a form of theirs with recipient and sender address and had me sign. He then took my objects and placed them in the box and sealed it. He rang everything up and I asked how much it was - $22.53!!!! I was charged $2.99 for box, which i believe was more than it said on the wall, $17.20 for shipping and $1.99 for materials and labor??? There were no materials other than the box I bought. Labor? Are you kidding me? At that price, I expected it to be overnight, right? 3-4 business days. I should have asked beforehand, just driven by her house and dropped it off, or just waited. But i had "signed" off on it. Total scam. read more

I went to the post office to ship a box to Australia and they quoted me $70, I wanted to shop around so I went to this place and asked for a quote for the least expensive using the post office FedEx and other carriers. Now, I don't know if their scale is off or what, but the post office told me my box with 6 pounds these clowns told me my box was 7 pounds and that the least expensive way to ship was going to be $120 through USPS I can understand them adding a small convenience fee or what have you but $50!?!? My wife and I shipped a package through these guys (using USPS as carrier) and they didn't bother to put the whole address on the package. Well, of course the package was lost due to their negligence. If their job is to ship packages don't you think they should put the correct address on your shipments?? Apparently, they don't think so. This bad review could have been avoided, it pains us to see it come to this. Literally it was a stressful occurrence. We had a small mail box and mail forwarding service through this location for many years. We have since ceased our business with this establishment. Here is our story: We were clients of this establishment for approx 3 years. In that time we paid every six months via credit credit over the phone to extend our mail box service and fund our mail forwarding, generally speaking this was about 95$ for six months of mail box usage and 20$ to forward mail monthly (if even). In typical fashion we received a post card (notice) letting us know our mail box service needed to be extended and we should add additional funds for mail forwarding. We called and attempted to repeat the process of extending our service. The owner however answered the call and found fault with the mail forwarding rate we had been paying for years. Essentially we paid 1$ per mail forwarding (per the owners calculation, we were never provided any itemization of charges). It's important to note we did not dictate, control or attempt to influence the price of "handling" or mail forwarding (how could we?). The owner suggested that the 1$ was no longer a fair rate and wanted to up the cost to 12$ per mail forwarding. The owner went as far as to ask us what we thought a fair mail forwarding/handling charge should be. We refused the proposed 1200% increase in handling fees. The extent of the task was/is to drop a half dozen small letters into a larger envelope and charge the US postage monthly (if even). So we asked that our current mail be forwarded at the new rate and our account/box be closed. The owner refused to work with us and in our opinion became aggressive. Long story short our mail was/is held and we were left no option but to report this dealing with the Post Master General, the Better Business Bureau and Yelp (hopefully others can avoid a similar situation). This should have never occurred, in our opinion this was completely out of line and unprofessional. ***We have not received our mail to date***, and unfortunately and with much stress we have had to contact each institution and provide a new mailing address. We no longer reside in FL, so a local pick-up was not an option. We have since found a replacement mail box and mail forwarding service, their handling fee is 0.00. read more

I recently shipped boxes from Boca Raton (emptied condo) to Cleveland, OH. I packed most of the 9 boxes, but did not pack the framed paintings myself. The boxes were heavy, so I called the owner, Mike, for a pickup that very morning. He IMMEDIATELY drove over and picked up all the boxes. At his shop, he packed the framed paintings separately and double-boxed one of my pre-packed boxes of fragile items. All boxes arrives well-packed and all items were fine. GREAT SERVICE. I needed to ship two packages thru Fed Ex and it took over ten minutes standing in line until I finally got to the counter. There were two people working behind the counter and five people standing in line waiting. They really need more people working in the store in order to offer better customer service. I needed to ship NUMEROUS items back to our home. Over the course of 3 days I brought over boxes and boxes of loose fragile/heavy/small/large/odd shaped items that needed to be packed and shipped. When the owner Michael would see me pull up outside his store he would come out side and help me carry in the boxes. He kept up updated as to where he was at during the entire process and called when he had questions with my items.
