Was looking for a doughnut cutter. Tried looking for it by calling NY Cake, Sur La Table, and…read moreWillams and Sonoma, but none of them had it in stock. Knew that there were lots of kitchen supply stores in and around LES. So wandered around seeing if stores had the doughnut cutter. Got referred to this place by another store. It was busy and I was able to find the doughnut cutter easily in their well organized shelves. Easy fast transaction with the friendly staff and will definitely be back instead of buying something on Amazon!

This isn't going to be one of the more comfortable experiences you'll have shopping for kitchen…read moresupplies. The aisles are really narrow and everywhere you look, you'll see merchandise from the floor to the ceiling. In some spots you'll need to suck in that gut to get through,.. this isn't a Williams and Sonoma at all. LOL There also aren't signs pointing out where things are and yes, there may not be prices on anything,.. LOL. Honestly they don't cater to the small time customers like me, but nonetheless their prices will definitely be better than at the previously mentioned merchant. For my visit, I knew what I wanted for my foray into making pizza dough, I needed a container to store my rising dough. I also needed a bunch of squeeze bottles so knew exactly what to ask for. I didn't need much interaction with staff, but I was able to find one staff member who was very helpful pointing me in the right direction for what I needed and finding the cover to the container I was going to buy. I was in and out quickly on a Saturday afternoon so I'd say if you know what you want and are ok with a little less than 5 star service for the price,.. you should be ok.

We got our brand new chairs this Weekends. The chairs look great and are very sturdy. They were…read moreable to make and deliver them a month in advance. Much thanks for your efforts. Our restaurant got an improvement. Saeed

What an incredible customer experience--if your goal is to test the limits of someone's patience…read more I picked up my chairs, only to discover they gave me the wrong ones. No problem, mistakes happen... except every person who answered the phone seemed completely clueless, so I had the pleasure of calling over and over again to explain the same issue. Since the mistake was theirs, I had to fight just to get them to deliver the correct chairs. Apparently, they expected me to rent another truck at my own expense to fix their error. Three weeks went by with nothing resolved. I finally said I was done, didn't want the chairs anymore, and requested a refund for the items I never received. They refused. So I filed a chargeback. Miraculously, days later they decided to issue a refund "as a favor." How generous. After wasting an entire month of my time, not once did anyone offer a genuine apology. But the best part? They threatened to withhold my refund unless I removed my negative review. That's a new level of customer service. And if that wasn't enough, they spent the morning repeatedly calling my business and harassing my employees--about 20 calls to the business and another 20 to my cell phone. Forty calls in total. Imagine if that much effort had gone into fixing the original mistake or improving customer service instead. After everything that happened, it's hard not to conclude that this wasn't just incompetence--it reflected a complete lack of honesty, integrity, and basic respect for customers. Businesses make mistakes. Genuinely decent people own those mistakes, apologize, and make them right. Instead, they chose intimidation, threats, and harassment. Their actions speak for themselves.
