We received a run down on how the machine works, learned how to thread the machine and how to fill the bobbins. Then we made a denim tote bag. This was super easy and really fast. After lunch break is the 2nd project. If you don't have your fabric, the school can sell you fabric directly inside for $16 a yard. I bought my fabric elsewhere and brought it in. I honestly recommend doing this instead of buying it from them. Because you have to wash your fabric like how you wash your laundry regularly since it shrinks naturally. We picked our patterns and I made a skirt since a skirt is faster than pants. They recommended not to make pockets or else I'll run out of time. But I HAD to add pockets. Women's clothing have little or no pockets regularly. The instructors are extremely helpful and friendly. and they immediately notice if someone is struggling or stuck. This really impressed me. For example, when I was threading the bobbin, the spool of thread was running out. The teacher was immediately behind me with a brand new spool of the same color so I can swap it out when it was finished. That was a great eye for detail! Overall, highly recommend. Just bring in your own 3 yards of cotton fabric, already washed and dried, for the 2nd project!

Super outgoing, patient, and made the class such a fun experience from start to finish. I really appreciated how thorough he was when explaining each step, along with all the helpful tips and tricks throughout the class. We made tote bags, which are perfect for spring/summer, and I was so impressed with how they came out! I'll absolutely be back to try more courses. For those who know, a Chinese cleaver is not a bone cleaver, it is used like a Chefs knife and cannot break through bone. The cleaver was heavily damaged and I was looking for a place to help me repair and sharpen the blade. Indulge Kitchen Supplies was one of the only places that responded and I am glad they did. The store itself is on a main street with a fair amount of street parking and the store is super cute. The store sells a variety of kitchen gear from different knives, cutlery, utensils, etc. Most of the curated items are modern and high quality such as Durelex glass and Global Knives. While their prices are a little higher than online prices, they have quality stuff and I recommend buying from them. Their knife sharpening and repair was a life saver for me. The Chinese Cleaver is a large knife and they were able to get it done for me in less than a day and it was fully repaired. Looking at the photos you can see that they took out all the dings on the knife and sharpened it back to the point where I could use it again. I highly recommend this service and would readily come back when I need any knife repair or sharpening.

If you have paper work or your kid has home work to work on this laundry warehouse got you cover. They have with chair attached to it that you can utilize. I used their wash and fold services and I also came over to wash and dry some clothes and I do not regret. Greta, the on duty assistant/manager, was there every step of the way to help me out. She is so professional and attentive that she stopped what she was doing to help me and other customers with questions concerns, and went back to complete her task flawlessly. Now this is what we call top of the line customer service. Although the place I leave has laundry machines, I will continue use their services. Once again thanks Greta!
