My recommendations are the Rosti à la Valaisanne, Tournedos de Boeuf, Tartare de boeuf coupé au couteau, and Tomme de Rougement au lait cru. I told my wife since we cannot go back to Italy this year, we will eat Italian food in Switzerland. I was so happy we ate here. We had the margharita pizza and the bolognese pizza. They tasted like when we were in Italy 10 yrs ago. We also had the seafood sphaghetti. I can taste the seafood stock and the tomato sauce was not a canned sauce. I bookmarked this here and will come back again when we travel to Switzerland.
