We were already here so we ordered and took the food to eat in our hotel room. Well, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the portion sizes. We got Kung Pao Chicken, Singapore style noodles and beef Lo mein The stand out dish was the Beef Lo Mein. It had such a great flavor. We wanted to go back for lunch Saturday just for the beef Lo mein but when we went to order, we found out they (and all the other Chinese restaurants in the area) don't open until 4:00pm on Saturdays. I definitely will be back next time I'm in Quebec !

The reviews of others here are bang on. The General Tao Is the king here... Just awesome, not too hot, not too sweet, just right and the meat so tender it almost melts in your mouth. Look this place up, it's fast,easy and tasty. I wish I could have tried more of the items. I give it 5 stars because the food was excellent, the service fast and the place was very clean if not a little bit of an oddity. In its category it's great.

Let me preface my review by saying in general, the province of Quebec is still at an infancy stage when It comes to high quality Asian restaurants. Most restaurants serve what I call "Quebec Stir Fry" which is a similar 10-12 dishes (grilled chicken on rice or noodles, Chicken Cari (curry), Grilled Shrimp, beef and the ubiquitous "General Tao chicken ( or what I call fried chicken in sweet-spicy sauce). If you are a purist then this Quebec stir fry is garbage! For me it's not great but not bad. Fast forward to my meal. I ordered the shrimp nid (noodles) with vegetables. It came with a choice of soup (I chose the Thai soup). Both were quite nice in presentation, quantity and quality. Restaurant was nicely decorated and service was pleasant. Now would I consider this gourmet Asian food? I'd have to say no but it's not bad! It did serve it's purpose and I'd eat it again for the price! I'll let you be the judge!

That sauce was the real star--don't shy away from the raw beef! It was a must-try for sure, earning a solid 9/10. Next up were the TEMPURA SHRIMPS (3 pcs): krupuk chips, Québec seaweed emulsion, and wakame salad. While these were a bit more batter than shrimp, I think that's the point! The sauce balanced it out nicely. I'd give these a 7/10. The SALMON SASHIMI was one of the best dishes of the night. The sauce added an amazing flavor that really elevated the fresh raw salmon dish. Easily a 9/10 for this one! For dumplings, we got the BEEF GYOZA: wagyu, ginger, cabbage, green onions, and soy sauce. I prefer my gyozas crispier, but the flavors were spot on. A tasty 7/10. For the main dishes, we had the TERIYAKI SCALLOPS: maple-glazed, crispy rice, fried seaweed, spicy cream sauce, and red caviar. These were incredible--so fresh and perfectly balanced. I loved everything about them, and they deserved a 9/10. The highlight of the night was definitely the GENERAL TAO CHICKEN: fried grain-fed chicken breast, marinated with sesame and topped with Tao sauce, pan-fried veggies, and Québec organic camelina seeds. This dish was perfection and an absolute must-order, a well-deserving 10/10! For dessert, we had the MANGO CARAMEL & CHOCOLATE BAO: fried bao with chocolate-caramel ganache and mango kombucha sorbet. If you've never had a dessert bao, now's your chance! It was a warm, chocolaty pillow of love that paired so well with the mango. A delicious 9/10 to wrap up the meal!
