The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Anything that you need for a restaurant you can find here. If it's not in stock, they will order it and have it to you in no time at all. Not only have I purchased a lot of equipment from them in the past, but most recently I need a new gas line for my stove. They had the line at my restaurant and installed with in 90 minutes. I went here today to look for some bake ware, etc. they seem to have a large inventory, but the place is cluttered, tight spaces, VERY unfriendly staff, and SOME of their prices are higher than Surfas...which is several miles West of this place. I WALKED OUT because of their cold reception and unfriendliness....My Advice.....head to Surfas - I found the bake ware there for less, higher quality merchandise along with grocery items, spices, etc. and it's clean and well organized....note that they have friendly staff to boot! read more

I went there a few times to buy some things. Like a cup holder and stuff. Limited selection and its overpriced.

I used to LOVE restaurant World but I think they must be under new management. They have HORRIBLE customer service. AND they are abusive to their delivery men. They sent one man to my place to deliver heavy metal work tables in the excessive heat by himself, and when I called to complain about this they told me to mind my own business. The women I spoke to on the phone was verbally abusive . My complaint is completely unrelated to the other two mentioning other similarities by the way. There are many other restaurant supply companies in Los Angeles and I would recommend going to ANY of the others. Thank you kindly for reading my humble complaint. read more
