It seemed predominantly frequented by locals, as it is pretty far out from the tourist part of town. It took us about 15 minutes by cab to come here, but glad we made the trip. I would definitely go out of my way to dine here for the food, and especially for the octopus entree alone. Learn from my experience, though, and request that very little salt be added to anything they salt, unless you're someone who likes adding salt to salted potato chips.
