As of this writing the name has not been changed on yelp. It appears the shop is either new, or recently renovated. It looks nice, and clean. So the restaurant is counter service for ordering, they bring the meal to you, then you pay at the register when you're finished with your meal. I don't know if this is common practice in Canada. I just found this a little odd, not bothersome at all though. The staff were polite and friendly. My wife? Idk what she got, I think she got wings. Or fingers. Or burgers. Either way she enjoyed it and wouldn't have gotten anything else. I opted for the shawarma, I only know of one place where I live that does shawarma. The sandwich was superb! The pita bread was toasted so it had a nice crunch without falling apart, the chicken was tender, and the pickled vegetables (to be honest I never know what it is) added a nice flavor to compliment everything. Oh, this was the only time I got poutine during this trip. And it was exquisite. Ready for a food coma after the fact, we drove to our Air BnB which was only 5 minutes away.

We got the lamb souvlaki plate. The lamb was done medium as requested and was flavorful yet tender and juicy. The salad was large with a giant feta cheese chunk. The rice and potatoes were cooked well. 5/5. I also got an extra beef skewer which was also really delicious and moist. 5/5. The chicken pita was also delicious. The gyro usually comes with Tzatziki, tomatoes, lettuce and onions. I requested light on the Tzatziki and no onions and my order came as requested. The Greek pita bread was thick and fluffy. They were generous with the amount of chicken, which was flavourful and mostly lean, which I liked. No big grisltly pieces. Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. The amount of Tzatziki was good.
