My mom passed away in November of 24, I waited patiently for the ground to settle, for the weather to warm up before ordering her grave marker. Which the ordering process, design and time to recieve the mock up went well. That was in May paid for in full by the 2nd week of June. We were looking to celebrate my mother's birthday with her marker at her site. It is now October 10th exactly 5 months since paying in full and still nothing. Every time we take windmills, flowers, butterflies to her site at or next visit everything is gone. We are able to see it means the grass was just cut. It happened twice in the same season. This is just a business for the owners, job for the ones in charge. There is no compassion or care. There are supposed to be to be clean up dates by the season. But they clear your stuff clear out the way so the task of mowing the site it fast and not an inconvenience to them. Next I'm call my attorney and the news. read more

I am a contributor to a large gravesite website. I have been to over 50 cemeteries and have never seen one so poorly maintained. Grass is almost always so overgrown, you can not see markers. I found myself accidently stepping on markers because you could not tell they were there. The roads are so horrible, I thought I blew a tire in one of the numerous potholes. There is an old house on site that I think is the maintenance facility. It's right in front and looks horrible. This whole place looks like an old, trashy farm rather than a respectful resting place. read more

I went to visit my parents grave today and was disgusted with the way the cemetery looks and sorry my parents are buried there. My husband and I went a few months back with a weedwacker to cut grass off of stone and found they had run over their grave with a machine I assume was there to open a grave... scratched the corner of stone. Today ...the graves around my parents are almost completely grass....looks like no graves are there. Getting up to the grave was wonderful dodging the huge potholes on all the roads. Mounds of dirt around office. The cemetery is a mess and wish they would clean it up. I will be taking care of my parents with a weedwacker myself. Hate to give them one star rating but can't post unless I do!!! read more

Restland Memorial Park deserves negative stars for the review! They are frustratingly disrespectful to the wishes of the family and the deceased. I was saddened and appalled by the condition of the headstone laid for my mother. Her date of death is wrong, but more importantly, she plaque was laid over the hole in the stone for the vase. the result is a hole with dirt spilling onto her headstone. Who in their right mind would look at this and this is was an honorable resting place? What a miserable way to remember her resting place. The entire park is in disrepair, and it took over two years to lay my grandmother's stone. They blamed the "supply chain" except she passed in 2017. Their business practices are far from ethical. My whole experience is a disaster! read more

My parents purchased(full service) plots 50 years ago. When my father passed away in 1982 ( WELL after ALL had been paid for decades) we went to make arrangements & were told when "new" owners who bought in '68, would not honor the agreement. After my 23 yr old self (then) went and argued, my poor mother still had to pay over $1000. She is now 93, and I STILL hate the thought of having to deal with those greedy ****** in the near future. (But in my defense I'm MUCH meaner & more knowledgeable now....) P.S. This is one of the downfalls of pre paid funeral arrangements. read more

My Aunt Irene Gee had her memorial service there today. I find the grounds to be beautiful and spacious..the weeds were not grown up just parched grass from the sun as everywhere else...the roads just need to be patched up...some of them were not filled with potholes...I am very pleased that my family chose Restland Park...the guide was gracious. The wide open space is God sent for our love one..I would recommend this park to others... read more

Do not use this cemetery! My Mother was laid to rest in June 2018, I have been to her grave every month, they have not fixed the brass and marble marker ( that is a double marker with my father also buried there) it is sinking at least 6 inches into the ground, they have not put her death date ( as promised) and they have lost the brass flower vase! I have been to the office EVERY month, given several reasons why it is not done as of yet, and promised every time it would be done within 1week. A year and half later, not done! I will be filing a breach of contract complaint! read more

This place is terrible when it comes to maintenance. I visited my parents graves yesterday and it was so bad that the marker was almost covered with overgrown grass. I am going again today with the weedwacker to the job that the employees are paid to do. if you are lucky enough to have plots in the front of the cemetery it is kept very nice but any other place it is horrible. Another problem is the road to get to the back of the cemetery, the potholes are so big. Do yourself a favor and do no select this cemetery as the final resting place for your loved ones. read more

When my husband passed in November of 2013 my children and I decided to "pitchin" and pay for a marker for his grave that included my name, etc. for when my time comes. I signed all of the papers to put everything in to motion and then I came up against an unforeseen financial crisis. It took me almost two years to get out of that situation; when I finally could call Restland and explain to them my dilemma (this two year hiatus voided the no interest part of my contract) I pleaded with them for ANY WAY to give me another chance. I did this fearing the worst....BUT I was happily informed (in the same week) that they were willing to "rewrite " my contract and make it appear that I had "cancelled" on the earlier date and so my contract was re-written and a monthly payment was agreed upon. With Gods blessings I have been able to reduce the contract amount to half within a nine month period. These people are the best....they have a limited staff and so I had to keep "after them". But all in all I am VERY pleased with the consideration that they showed me. I would (and have) recommend this business any and every time asked. LEANN M read more

My mother was put in the mausoleum early May of 2014. I came in a month later and ordered her plaque and paid $500 for a brass vase. As of this date April 20, 2015 they have not put anything up for her. No one returns calls. I have stopped in several times with them promising me that it was coming in by a certain date. This is the absolute worst cemetery I have ever dealt with. My parents bought plots when my grandfather died in 1956. When my mother died in 2013..it took them until the end of 2014 to put down the marker which had been paid for for years. It took 2 1/2 years and several arguments for them to put a scroll on my mother's marker. NOW they have had a sinking of some graves and they removed markers...they put them back...but not in the right order..and they are telling me I am crazy..I don't know what I am talking about! If it wasn't for my sister..I would be moving my parents away from that place. Weigh your options..use them as a last resort or not at all!! read more

Restland - Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroeville, PA. sucks!!! SOOO DISREPECTFUL! I just went to visit my Dads grave with my sister and it was completely covered with heavy weeds, vines, old leaves and crap, I almost couldn't find his head marker and had to dig it out by hand. The only good thing about it was that the tree he is buried under has grown into a nice shade tree. read more
