Due to the negligence of the exterminator, the pesticide ended up being pumped into in the lower level of my split level home, not into the ground. I called ODR to mitigate the damage. Basically, about 1/2 of the downstairs ceiling, carpet, floor planking and drywall had to be removed and properly disposed of. They did an amazing job with the mitigation and removal of the damage. However, the real value ODR brought was in the 18 months they stuck with me as I had to sue the insurance company that represented the exterminator. They are experts in the world of insurance damage claims and detailed estimates with all of the proper coding for sinks, drywall, carpet etc. They also provided subject matter expertise that allowed me to make the decision to move forward with the lawsuit as the insurance adjuster was a despicable person, paid to delay and block rather than resolve my claim. They went above and beyond my expectations at every step, I felt I had an expert partner I could call to assist with the myriad of questions I had in what was for me, uncharted, dark water. Disaster recovery often involves a lot more than removal of damaged drywall, you unfortunately might have to fight with an insurance company. Pick a partner like ODR who can give you the tools for the fight.

NPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE -- UNACCOUNTED PROPERTY & INCOMPLETE WORK…read more DO NOT LET A HIGH STAR RATING FOOL YOU. When hiring a contractor, read the detailed negative reviews carefully and pay close attention to how a company handles problems when they arise. I am sharing my personal experience as a homeowner so others can make an informed decision. Questionable Mold Remediation Recommendations: After testing was performed by a company they recommended, the laboratory results reported no mold growth. Despite those results, I was still sold and contracted for mold remediation services based on representations that mold was present. Incomplete Work & Additional Expenses: The remediation work was not completed to my satisfaction and left the home unlivable for a period of time. As a result, I incurred additional expenses for temporary lodging and third-party cleaning services. Unprofessional Handling of Personal Property: Employees removed personal belongings from my home using personal pickup trucks. Following the project, numerous items were missing, discarded, or otherwise unaccounted for. I was never provided a complete written inventory, chain-of-custody documentation, receipts, or a clear explanation of what happened to the removed items. Missing & Unaccounted Property: Thousands of dollars' worth of personal property remains missing, discarded, or unaccounted for. To this day, I have not received documentation adequately explaining the disposition of those items. Lack of Resolution: My attempts to resolve concerns regarding property handling, billing, and the quality of the work were met with little accountability and insufficient communication. This experience caused significant financial disruption, inconvenience, and stress. Based on my experience with the handling of my home, belongings, and concerns after the project, I cannot recommend this company.

I hired All Dry Services of Tulsa to remediate and clean my residence with the understanding that…read moremy home would be returned in a safe, habitable, move-in-ready condition and that my personal property would be properly documented and accounted for. Instead, the company exhausted approximately $15,000 in available insurance benefits before providing a final invoice and left me with a home that independent remediation professionals have advised requires substantial corrective work. While I was out of town, a neighbor observed workers loading belongings into a personal vehicle. No complete inventory was ever provided, and despite repeated requests I have not received a full accounting of property removed from my home. The owner later acknowledged by text message that the project was not properly supervised. On June 16, 2026, the company also processed a duplicate charge of $7,825.64 by charging both my checking account and credit card for the same invoice. That dispute remains ongoing. As a disabled individual living on a fixed income, I have been forced to remain in hotels because my home was not returned in the condition promised. The photos attached reflect residue, dust, debris, and hair collected from surfaces throughout the home after the cleaning was represented as complete. I requested documentation, a final invoice, and a resolution. To date, I have not received a satisfactory response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
