Extraordinarily expensive for substandard services. The proprietor is charming but he cannot manage his staff, the turnover is incredibly high and there is zero continuity in quality or understanding between cleanings. What is most shocking is that Luciano, the founder, has become a huckster. He marks up any additional services by hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. He's little more than a middleman who takes advantage of folks without the time to find an alternative. What sickens me the most is that he casts himself as someone who's only in it to help immigrants find their feet in the country. I'm appalled by what I've discovered and I'm loathe think on the many ways he exploits his employees. Avoid this place.

Just to provide some background to our specific circumstance, my mom and I are two ladies who initially were intimidated to navigate the world of 'house repairs' on our own. Similarly to going to the mechanic from the lens of a woman, there was a sense of worry about potential mark ups and a fear of lack of transparency. This was certainly not the case with Mike and his team! Mike walked us through the stages and scope of repair, he provided detailed invoices and responded to all our concerns. We had a leak in the upstairs ensuite which impacted our kitchen and basement. Mike and his team removed existing mold, fixed our plumbing issues and subflooring which was also damaged. They also renovated our entire kitchen and helped to install new appliances. It was like a one stop shop! We are certainly pleased with the final product! The guy said he wouldn't be in the office until Tuesday, but due to the nature of the issue (I had to move all 3 of my kids out of the house and into a motel), he would send someone else to check it out, check the moisture and such and take pictures. He told me he would have the quote ready after the guy came Sunday. The guy came and he was very nice. As he left, he told us we would get our quote either that day or Monday. Monday, I called them and was told that it would be done Monday afternoon (and we ensured he was given the proper email address). Tuesday, I was told that the quote was complete and he was just waiting on his girl to type it up. Wednesday I called several times with no answer, the last attempt it rung twice and then I was clearly ignored. Thursday, I called again and still no answer. I asked my boyfriend to call, and sure enough, they answered. We were told he was not in the office and we would get a call back when he was in the office. We have yet to hear from him at 10:30pm Thursday. If this guy didn't want to help us, he could have just told us instead of wasting our time when we are in an emergency situation where we are paying for a motel. Had he of been up front, we could have gone to another company that would actually want to help us. I have no idea why this guy has decided that he doesn't want our business, but I will never recommend him or use his services in the future. I found this highly disrespectful and unprofessional. This already hard situation has been made worse by waiting around for someone who says they are helping, but actually aren't.

Jay answered the phone. He came over immediately and gave me a fair quote to install a new water heater. He obtained and dropped off the new heater later that day. He and Dorjee were kind enough to move stuff out of the way in the laundry room and mop up the remaining water, which my husband had been struggling with. Today, Jay and Dorjee installed the new water heater. We are seniors in an older house and Jay realised that our cut-off valve to the water heater was also failing, so he kindly replaced it today. That explains the extra water on the floor today, after my husband completely closed the valve to the old water heater yesterday. My husband and I agree that Jay and Dorjee are hard workers, conscientious and very pleasant. We will definitely call Aria Plumbing for future needs and already have one issue with our outdoor faucets that need attention before winter. We highly recommend Aria Plumbing. After a few visits I'm really impressed by the service here. The cleaning lady who comes is really impeccable and worth every penny. She doesn't speak much english but totally gets what we need help with and does a bang up job each time. On top of that, the customer service and response time to emails and inquiries is top notch here. I realized they had us listed down as 3 bathrooms and 0 half bathrooms, so I emailed to say it should have been 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Within an hour I got a response saying "Thanks for letting us know, we made the changes and also set a refund for past two cleanings accordingly." Very impressive. These guys are pricey but worth it, folks.

I had pulled down a bunch of drywall in the ceiling to find the leak. But I'm terrible at drywall repair, so I searched for a contractor to do the job properly, and found Slick Fix. I submitted my contact info and was reached by Aaron through text message. Within a few hours I was able to get a detailed estimate based on pictures I sent through text message. We settled on our options and made a deposit and agreed on a date to have the work done. Aaron came on time and well prepared. The work was done (relatively) quickly (it was a big hole) and with a high level of quality. The seams were smooth and unnoticeable. We went with a patch job on a textured ceiling, so Aaron had to patch the textured surface as well; which is very difficult to get right. The colour was a great match and the texture patch is also very good. I'm the end we are super happy with the work and would definitely recommend Slick Fix drywall repair. The work was fast and efficient and of high quality.

He was very patience and agreed to come back in the afternoon after I was able to get the missing gaskets. He did come back and finished installing everything perfectly. I am older and not feeling well that week. I should have got more estimates. I thought the whole soil stack had to be changed and digging required, for it was old cast iron. The bill was $3008 for two visits each lasting about 1 1/2 hour, the plumber came with some other guy second time after I said something about being illegal to work alone.They just changed the elbow to the flange. To be fair, add 2 hours travel. Total 5 hours. That is over $723 an hour. All the other guy did was to vacuum the floor with my shop vac and watch for leaks during final inspection. The final bill also added $607 to reset the toilet and $43 for estimating cost. With tax, that will be around $4133+ for a bad floor gasket. Are you scared by now ??
