I have consigned dozens of items (and probably bought as many pieces) and always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I have introduced several friends to the store who have consigned furniture. Recently, we have noticed that a young woman who accepts items falls short in the customer service area. She has an air of self importance, and as my friend said recently, acts as if she is too busy saving the world to stop and help us mere mortals. Like any business, Couches to Curios would not exist without customers but this person doesn't seem to understand that.
