We purchased a sauna at Amini's. Andrew was incredibly helpful in the decision as there were so many things to consider like size; infrared or traditional. Amini's was the only place we found that had a hybrid solution that gives us the best of both options. Going in order here the service might be the only thing they have going for them. it is provided by a group of overachievers that care way more about the company while being offered below McDonald's wages. These men are treated disrespectfully. The owner will feed his ego by throwing them small amount of cash from time to time he pulls out of his pocket. Maybe in some kind of attempt to sleep better at night. Next is selection. In over 20 years in the retail furniture industry I've never seen the type of markups on products that this store uses. Do not for one minute think because their prices are through the roof that you actually getting a quality product. That's just not the case. One would think with the volume and exorbitant markups at these stores that the employees would at least be giving a living wage. We're talking warehouse workers for example making $15 hour especially the illegal immigrants that they have working there. There just all around bad people who they choose to put in positions of power. If I were you I'd take your hard earned money elsewhere and steer far away from these shady people. read more

We are repeat customers and most recently purchased new outdoor furniture. Everyone we worked was extremely helpful, from the sales person to the delivery people. Jason, our sales person, was helpful and showed us exactly what we were looking for. He made the purchasing process and delivery set up super easy. Save your time and support corporate America by buying at Nebraska Furniture Mart. I ordered bar stools approx 6 weeks ago, custom fabric so the waiting was anticipated. I call about 1 month in to see if the stools had arrived for recovering, I was met with a salesman that informed me it would be 6 weeks and we weren't at a point for my concern. Fast forward; last night I called to see if they had arrived, they had. I make the 40+ mile drive this morning to find out they are in BUT they have not been custom covered AND they have been waiting on fabric that went on back order 3 days after my order about 7 weeks ago. I'm now cautiously optimistic that they will get the fabric and the covering done, 2 months later. I ordered these, with the confidence given to me by the salesman, believing they would be here in time for s large party we are hosting in our home. I'm super disappointed and frustrated. Only cancellation was they would deliver them when they are done. And the only option they gave was to select a second choice fabric if they can't get my first choice as expected. I grew up in s family owned business, their lack of concern and disappointment in their poor service was underwhelming. I would have offered full refund, a discount for my folly of mistakes that culminated in this unfocused sale and delivery and I would have bent over backwards on demand to resolve. Will now wait impatiently to see if Amini Gallery can overcone. UPDATE (May 21, 2019) Amini's had the fabric overnighted and the bar stools reupholstered in a few days, of receipt of the textile. They look FANTASTIC! And they delivered them approximately 40 miles out of their way. I am very pleased with their attention to this, post my original review. read more

I bought a pinball table here. I also bought a warranty. After two months, there was a problem with the machine. I have called and emailed over twenty times in the last six months and the person who sold me the table (Andrew) will not honor the stupid warranty. This warranty was not cheap. Speaking with the owner did not help either. He made false promises that it would be taken care of. It's a runaround until that warranty expires. I will NEVER give them business again and I tell everyone in my local pinball community about this. read more

Bought an outdoor love seat from them today and we had a rough experience. I know this stuff is expensive and that doesn't bother me much. What does bother me is as we are turning to leave I overhear the guy that just sold me the furniture snicker to his coworker about how much we just paid for the furniture, and say something to the effect of "I just clocked that one". You could tell that the guy was about as honest as a circus gypsy from the minute we walked in, but they had what we wanted, so we went ahead and bought it. I will never do business with them again, just because this guy was so sleezy. read more

Absolutely a bunch of thieves. Ordered a set of bar stools and when I received them they were not put together. I took them home and they were made so cheaply the bolts would not go together without cross threading. Took them back within 3 day return period. They would not honor any returns or give me a refund of any kind. They were very rude and tried to intimidate anyone who tried asking for a refund. I am out almost 500 dollars because they carry cheap quality products and then do not back them. STAY AWAY **If you do decide to purchase something from them make sure to read their "contract" on the back of the receipt that no one will bother to tell you is there. read more

Selection wise, I'd could up the stars. They have some cool items, whether it be gaming or outdoor living. They had some nice indoor selections too. They have a lot crammed inside and out. That's partly because the location at the Legends closed down, so they moved the inventory to this location. It's the style of their sales that brings the number of my stars down. It was like buying a car at one of those dealership where the sales person goes back and forth to their manager to see if they can drop the price. Don't get me wrong, the sales person was very nice, but just tell me the price and I'll make a decision. Save the haggling for garage and estate sales. That said, if the tag price is the final price here, you may want to reevaluate your pricing. read more

Nice place and nice people, but extremely expensive! We went looking for outdoor furniture and the prices had us running out the door. With the online competition from Wayfair and Amazon, this place will probably not last. $1700 for an outdoor chair! For something that sits in the elements and is subject to wear and tear, that's a ridiculous price. read more

These guys resemble used car salesmen. I called to see if they had a particular pool cue shaft. The shaft costs around $220 online. They said they did have this particular shaft for sale, but because they are a brick and mortar store, could not sell it for under $230. I said that was fair enough, and made the 30 minute drive to the store to purchase the shaft. When I got to the store and asked for the shaft, they handed me a shaft that had the words "demo" stamped thereon. I said this shaft is good and well to try, but I cannot really be expected to purchase a demo shaft for full price, considering that it has likely--in accordance with its purpose--been tried out by numerous people before me. They said this was the only shaft of its type they had, and that I'd have to pay $230 for the privilege of purchasing it. I walked out saying that had you told me you only had a demo shaft, I would not have driven all the way over here. They couldn't care less. And so I left, without purchasing anything and with complete confidence that I will never enter the premises of this store again. You may consider avoiding them too if you are able. They don't appear to care much for building business, but are more interested in making a quick buck today at any cost. read more

Purchased an air hockey table for 1200 dollars and the while the table worked, the scoreboard did not. Amini's tried to repair the device but was unable to ever make it work. Asked for a refund or to switch it out with a new one and they refused. I could have gotten the same quality product at Walmart for 1/4 of the price. Somewhat helpful as I was buying darts & cue for husband. I knew just enough to be dangerous. Really unfortunate that the darts I paid $65 for can be purchased at scheels for $19.95. I understand a slight upcharge for the local owned/non chain and am willing to pay it but $40 is a bit aggressive. Also convenient that their return policy is 3 days. Yes, 3 days.
