They did not do this as a result, i was charged over $60.00 dollars by the painter, of the complex, to remove the three 1"x 4" strips of tape. i mentioned to the staff that it was vital they removed those items & i was ensured it would be done but shame on me for not walking through the apartment until final walk through of the move out. I was happy with the cleaning of the empty apartment and empty appliances, but i removed one star for not doing the three items I specifically requested and they said they would do. in addition i supplied the carpet cleaner, chemicals, and the heavy duty vacuum. i wish them well!

When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Eric was courteous, informative, and very responsive. The work crew was on time, worked quickly, and delivered an excellent finished product. In addition, the price was more than fair! My number has been blocked ever since - totally unprofessional conduct! I never hired them, but my review below is regarding my honest experience dealing with the owner of this business Carlos so that others can be forewarned. He even sent me a message on Google yesterday morning instructing me to "call him now" after seeing my review instead of ever offering an apology for less than professional conduct. Now to my review- I sent the him a message a few weeks back simply asking if I was still on the schedule. An hour later, I got 2 calls and messages from him asking who I was, immediately followed by "good luck with your project." So 10 mins is all customers get to respond before they are sent a rude response to find another professional? I wasn't able to see this correspondence until later and assumed they were clearly not interested in my business, so I never responded. Later in the day, I had another set of messages from him concluding "bless your little heart" "have a great life." Who says things like this in a professional interaction? When I went to finally respond and call back, I realized that my number had been blocked. Really? Also, they advertise in their brochure that they match competitors pricing. He even confirmed - "yes we do as long as they are in the same business and not handymen." But when I sent him a fitting quote which was about $200 less than this company's price, he said, "that's too low for us, go ahead with those gents." So price match only applies when it's convenient for them. Secondly, I asked him about warranty, and got no response. And after 2 weeks of waiting, not only was I not on the schedule anymore as discussed, I was not even able to be located in their system with my phone number. A few days back, my phone number was still blocked and I actually tried calling him from my husband's phone and of course it went through. The owner Carlos had no recollection of the aforementioned text messages or why my phone number is blocked. He also had no recollection of anything whatsoever with regards to my project - "they see so many people in a day" he said. He then said "let me power cycle my phone and see what happens." As if that's going to unblock my number? An hour later, I still couldn't text or call him from my phone. Outrageous! I have dealt with much bigger companies in the past and even they don't make customers feel so insignificant. It seems to me that they have more than enough volume to care about people or make an effort to earn anymore business. I am happy to take my business elsewhere!
