We have an oak dining room table with 6 chairs that is about 30+ years old, and the finish was gradually showing signs of wear. We found this company with a web search and I instantly felt at ease with having them do the work. They picked up our set, took it back to the shop, and took the chairs apart and reglued everything before stripping all of the pieces. We had them match as close as possible the original stain color, and the set came out absolutely beautiful. In fact, it was so well done that we had them do the same work on our oak kitchen cabinet doors. Their commitment to service is excellent, and their work is a unmatched. When visiting their shop, you see all kinds of antiques, from boat motors, bicycles, and furniture. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! Right from the first time you enter the building you are immediately struck with the fact the owner doesn't just restore he appreciates! He knows quality and he appreciates craftsmanship. We had our dining room table completely refinished. Words cannot express how well it turned out. It is absolutely fabulous looking now. I even would go far as to say it's better than new. Restoring furniture is a craft and an art. It will cost you money but it's all worth it when you go to a professional like this. Don't be fooled by some of these other clowns that say they restore things and do yourself a favor and go here first. Oh and the best part of the store is seeing the vintage 60's Ruttman mini bikes. I bought this MCM Lane cedar chest at an auction. Come to find out, it had mold on the outside. It was also scratched and missing a bottom drawer. It was in bad shape and I knew I couldn't restore/fix it (my experience involves chalk paint, lol.) Anyways, I took it to Patrick. Wow!!! He did an amazing job!! This man has a gift. When I left he said to me, "here's to another 50 years!" Lol. Better than new and I love it so much. read more

we brought in a table which Patrick said is 100 years old. It was in rough shape looks wise but great shape bones wise. Patrick only took two weeks to refinish and it is beautiful. He guided us to choose a finish that would match the age of the table (which happens also to be very popular now).
