I have video evidence of the entire incident from my vehicle's camera system, which has been submitted to the Broomfield Police Department. The core issue is the subsequent and continued refusal to take responsibility: Employee Irresponsibility: Chad has failed to respond to contact attempts from me, the Broomfield Police Department, and his own insurance company, GEICO. As a result, this incident is now being processed by the police as a hit-and-run. Corporate Negligence: I have made multiple attempts to contact your company, providing my phone number and email address, and have received zero follow-up or acknowledgment. This demonstrates a serious lack of control over your employees' actions and a total disregard for the public when a clear problem is presented. Your company is harboring an employee who committed a crime and is actively evading responsibility, and your corporate lack of response indicates you condone this behavior. I strongly caution anyone doing business with this company to consider their tolerance for such irresponsible actions and complete lack of customer support when a major issue arises. I needed clearance prior to getting the stones removed & replacements of new stents. I asked her if I could get a 60 mg intramuscular shot of toradol to ease the pain. Toradol is an NSAID, not an opioid. She acted like I just asked her to mainline me some heroin. She absolutely refused. I needed cardiac clearance for another condition. She absolutely refused to order an ECHO to help expedite the process, knowing that it may be 3-6months b4 I could get in to see a cardiologist. This was completely within her scope to do. She angry typed the whole time & offered no other solutions. This woman has zero interest in practicing medicine. She literally did NOT care that she left me feeling completely powerless. I've experienced two pregnancy losses while under the care of this practice, and during an already difficult time, the care I received often felt more one-size-fits-all than individualized. I recognize that this may be influenced by the volume of patients or broader systems within pregnancy care, but for me, it meant that I didn't always feel truly seen or held as an individual with a unqiue history. The midwife I worked with was kind, but on more than one occasion she appeared unfamiliar with important details of my medical history. After experiencing my first pregnancy loss with her, it was difficult to return just three months later and realize she had not reviewed my chart before coming in to discuss my second loss. In that moment, the lack of preparation felt especially painful. Scheduling appointments was also challenging, and after my second loss I waited an additional 45 minutes to see a doctor, which added to an already emotionally difficult experience. After my second pregnancy loss, I was not offered guidance around possible testing, follow-up options, or next steps unless I explicitly asked. Additionally, after an ultrasound confirmed a pregnancy loss, I was told the earliest available appointment for the necessary procedure was six days later, which felt unreasonable and I was forced to complete the procedure at an entirely different practice. I don't share this to place blame, but rather to help others make an informed decision. If you are someone seeking highly personalized, proactive care, especially after loss or if your pregnancy journey may not be straightforward, this may not be the best fit. For those with uncomplicated pregnancies who are comfortable with a more standardized approach, this practice may work well.

    I'm genuinely sad to be writing this review because this practice used to be excellent…read more I moved to Denver in 2016 and needed a primary care provider I could see regularly, as I take PrEP and require routine follow-ups. Dr. Peter Prutch was recommended to me by neighbors, and at the time, Family Centered Medicine was exactly what the name promised. Visits were efficient, the staff was friendly, labs were done in-office with fast results, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and patient-centered. I happily left a glowing review back then because it was earned. Unfortunately, since Dr. Prutch retired (hi Peter I hope you're enjoying retirement) and the practice was sold -- now operating as Part of Pinnacle Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, a subsidiary of Brookside Health Group, owned by Vertikle Enterprises -- the quality and continuity of care have deteriorated significantly. I saw the new provider (Ona Ahumada, NP) twice and left both visits feeling judged and unheard. My medical records clearly had not been reviewed, and notes about me were literally written on a napkin during one appointment. It felt unprofessional and rushed, and the contrast to how this practice once operated was stark. The only reason I returned for a second visit was because of Nikki, the medical assistant, who has consistently been kind, competent, and the one steady, positive presence in the office. Nikki is exceptional and deserves recognition -- and frankly, better systems and leadership around her. In December, I informed the office that I would be changing PCPs and proactively completed a release of records. Since then, I've spent weeks trying to contact the office to provide my new physician's information. Calls go unanswered, voicemail boxes are full, and when you call the number now listed on the door, you're routed to an automated system that also ends in a full mailbox. Three weeks into the new year, I physically went to the office only to find handwritten and printed signs taped to the door stating the phone system has been down since early January and that the practice has moved -- with no reliable way to reach a human being. I'm not seeking care here anymore. I'm simply trying to have my medical records transferred to my new PCP, and the inability to accomplish something so basic is deeply frustrating and unacceptable in a healthcare setting. This practice was once a model of efficient, respectful primary care. Since the corporate takeover, that experience has been lost. Final note: Nikki is amazing. She was consistently professional, empathetic, and helpful throughout all of this.

I waited for almost 3 hours to be seen and the doctor did not have good bedside manner. He was in my room less than 5 minutes, didn't ask me to stand or walk and didn't even do an assessment. He also didn't offer any kind of imaging or scan. He prescribed me Ativan and claimed it would help me to sleep/relax. I had to advocate for myself to get a tramadol shot and muscle relaxers that were safe to use while working like Robaxin which he didn't offer or suggest. The nurse had to then go back to find him and ask the doctor if that was ok because I was crying in pain and he was trying to discharge me. He already sent my prescription, which I believe was unnecessary to prescribe someone a benzodiazepine when there are other medications more suited for back pain that are not a controlled substance. No education was provided on how many to take/when or what potential side effects can be which can be dangerous to patients who may not know about the drug. Nation wide there is an opioid and benzo crisis and it is because of doctors like that who are prescribing things inappropriately. Ativan is more commonly given for anxiety or sedation. It was during shift change around 7pm and the nurse made a comment I'm surprised the new doctor didn't come see you yet which made me frustrated that there was another doctor free that could have seen me. I understand it is also an ER/Urgent care and there were probably other patients who were in critical condition but it would be nice to get some communication instead of wondering if they forgot about you. I am a nurse myself and have been 10 years, and work with Advent Health so was wanting to go somewhere in the same organization. If I ever have any medical needs in the future I will not be returning here. My insurance was billed incorrectly, as an ER visit so I had to make several calls to correct that. They also did not update my address on file when I asked. I had to take care of that on the back end. If you're needing medical assistance I'd recommend going to the urgent care across the street or to the ER.

He didn't see anything wrong with my gallbladder and helped me treat without surgery. Experience 2, Issue not important for this, but basically they drew blood and this was then sent to my doctor. The blood results appeared as though i had blood disease as the white cells were too low. apparently this can happen if the blood is left out too long. Thankfully my regular doctor took a sample, rushed this and found everything was fine. Carelessness to say the least. Experience 3, Was fighting a cold, brought my mom in and decided to just get checked out to see if i needed anything extra to help fight. They took my stats, temp, blood pressure, etc. said everything is fine, normal cold. in and out maybe 10 minutes (no joke) and get the bill for 'emergency room' plus looking through the details, they acted as though i had every specialist in the room. Everyone needed extra money to take my temp clearly... a bit of fighting and then giving in and calling it quits. I'd like to say something positive... Perhaps some of the staff was pleasant...?? I just can't see this place is a dependable health care option. It's newer, top line equipment, but don't trust the results. I try to be sensitive to this type of work. I understand they work on emerencies and 'accidents happen...' but you must do better in this line of work.
