I have been seeing Taylor and the team at Restorative Injectables for several years now and there is NO ONE else I would trust with my Botox needs. Taylor is an absolute joy to visit and her knowledge in the space is unparalleled. We started on a wrinkle prevention plan for my forehead and frown lines and I get so many compliments on how great my skin continues to look as I get older. We have continued to use a pretty small amount so it's barely perceptible but prevents major wrinkles from setting in. I am writing this review because I had a wonderful consultation experience with Rico. He helped me find the right products to reach the goals I told him about, without ever feeling like I was just being sold something. Rico made sure to explain why each product he recommended would benefit my skin without making things feel overwhelming. I love his approach of starting with the basics, and then adding new items in as needed. Our plan is to start some in office treatments like Microneedling and IPL once my skin has been prepped with these new products in a couple of months. Im writing this review because after two appointments here, I'm not impressed. I wouldn't recommend this office for botox. Less than 2 months after my appointment, I need Botox again. I honestly wonder if they actually injected as many units as they say they did, and charged me for. To start, they have a strict cancellation policy- which is fine. But they incorrectly booked my appointment and then ended up not being able to get me in until almost a week later. That's annoying, but the least of my complaints. I normally see a cosmetic surgeon for botox. But when their schedule was full at the beginning of the summer, I decided to come here to Restorative Injectables, for my Botox. I've been getting botox for years so I'm aware of a good job, verses not so good. To note, I'm 38, and have excellent skin, minimal wrinkles. I've done botox as a preventative and now as a corrective. The nurse that did my injections was very kind and skilled with at injecting, I felt almost nothing. As a new patient, I discussed with her what I like and what my concerns were. She listened intently and seemed to understand. However, less than 2 weeks later, I noticed I had one eyebrow higher than the other. One was completely frozen and the other had complete movement. I looked ridiculous. I did discuss asymmetrical eyebrows with her. If botox is done well by a skilled professional this is easily corrected. However she ended up making my highest eyebrow lower and my lower eyebrow higher! My lip flip was not even- one side higher than the other. My main area of concern in my forehead looked as though it hadn't been treated at all and my eyes looked as though they had barely been touched. I called the office about 6 days after the treatment and of course was told that I needed to wait 2 weeks for the botox to fully "kick in." The nurse didn't even get on the phone to speak to me, she had her receptionist do it. But 2 weeks later, my face was looking even worse. I called the office and they were very accommodating. Taylor had me come back (to clarify she didn't do my injections the first time) I explained what happened, and she attempted to dismiss it as normal and make excuses, as I would expect business owner to do in this situation. She even mentioned it can happen with a new patient "as we get to know each other." I found this incredibly irritating. When I'm paying almost $600 for Botox, I expect it to be done correctly the first time. It's very normal to maybe need more, but it's not normal to have your face end up looking like a Picasso painting. Which is what I felt like. As a seasoned botox patient I am very aware that problems I experienced were not, normal. They were the tell tale signs of an inexperienced injector or someone who was not as educated as they should be about where to inject botox. I want to mention that Taylor did not charge me for the "corrections." Which I appreciated considering I drove 45 minutes one way to see them, and had to come back twice at this point. Taylor was able to correct my lip flip and eye brow errors, but my forehead still looks as though it wasn't even touched. Again, a tell tale sign of the previous injector not being experienced, or as I really think, she didn't actually inject as much as she claimed to have and as much as she charged me for. What's very frustrating is that I ended up with almost 40 units more than I normally get and I my results are mediocre at best. I'll need to get my next treatment about a month earlier than I normally do. Which is expensive. Overall, the staff is kind, the nurses are kind, it's clean and they have a great selection of treatments, but I won't be back. I'll be going back to my cosmetic surgeon for my next treatment. This office is not great. Again, I don't think they actually injected as much as they charged me for. I would not recommend Botox here. read more

Ive come here a few times for Botox and loved it, Taylor and Emily are five stars. Today I had a complimentary skinwave facial with Leah. Let me preface this with I regularly get hydrafacials so I know what the service entails. Leah was 10 minutes late to our appointment and ended a few minutes early. I was in an out of a regularly $230 service in under 30 minutes. I understand this was a free service for her, but if you don't want to offer complimentary services, then don't. I was wincing the whole time, she was so rough. Then she just proceeded to push products the entire time. I got a positive covid test at 5 am that morning. My first time getting Botox and was recommended this spot by my old hair dresser. All in all it was a pleasant expedience. I am terribly afraid of needles...like possible faint type of experience. My lady was very calming and was incredibly quick in doing the injections. Barely even felt it to be honest but she made sure I was taking deep breaths and not going to pass out haha I really appreciated that. I was so happy to find Taylor and Restorative Injectables. Approaching my 60th birthday I wanted a little pick me up but had never had Botox before. Taylor gave me a brow lift and lip flip. As promised, the results are noticeable, yet subtle. The contour of my eyelids returned and my upper lip increased in fullness just enough to restore it's shape. My husband approves as well. Also, Taylor's medical background and experience was beneficial to me as she is familiar with a rare medical condition I have that affects my face sometimes, and she was able to reassure me that it was not a factor. I've been dealing with adult acne for the past couple years, and covid/having to wear a mask definitely hasn't helped the situation. One appointment with Rico though has given me more positive results than the year I spent going to a dermatologist and another esthetician, during which time I felt like I had literally tried everything to get my skin under control. Rico took the time to make sure the treatments he recommended were what was best for ME and how my skin reacts, and made sure I'm using the right at home products to really keep up with my results. I have felt frozen or heavy in the forehead with others but Taylor really understands facial anatomy and suggested just the right amount of units. I'm so so happy with the results. I am writing this review after having my initial appointment on 08/26/2021 for a lip flip. When I initially researched this place I saw mostly good reviews, but I really should've paid more attention to the more recent reviews. When I walked in, the two receptionists didn't even look up or greet me for another minute to ask if I had an appointment. I shook that off and let them know who I was. I then had to wait for 10-15 minutes to be taken back by Candace. She took me back to a really poor lit room and asked if I had any questions about the lip flip. I had done a bit of research so I initially said no and just double-checked aftercare instructions. She did no pre-assessment of my lips or how my movement of my mouth may be, or even ask about any possible concerns. I made sure to tell her this was my very first time getting any sort of alteration of injections. She explained that it would just be 4 small pokes. She injected the Botox and escorted me back out, the appointment lasting less than about 4 minutes. This procedure costs $150 which is almost twice what other places charge but they gave me a $40 voucher for being a first time customer. I paid and left. I religiously followed all aftercare instructions to make sure nothing moved or wasn't balanced. Cut to the next morning when I could visibly feel and see that my mouth was totally uneven. I was incredibly upset especially because this was my very first time even trying this and it looked awful. And mind you, I have to be photographed very soon and now this is a pretty big problem. I called the office to explain my frustrations. I got a call back from a receptionist and was told that I still needed to wait a little over a week for the Botox to settle. So I waited to see if anything would change. And it didn't. Still was awful. So i called again to get an appointment and hopefully a correction. I asked if I could be seen by Taylor this time and was told, "yeah Taylor won't be able to see you until the end of September." Which obviously is frustrating seeing as how this is a pretty quick appointment and could be worked in anywhere. So I only had an option to see Candace again. My appointment was yesterday morning at 10:10. After arriving, I wasn't taken back until almost 30 minutes after my appointment time because they were "running late". I got taken back by Candace and explained my concerns. She seemed confused on where to inject more Botox to correct the problem. I pointed out where I felt more muscle movement and unevenness. She began to tell me that I probably just had more muscle movement on one side than the other and that could be why this happened. Which is totally ridiculous because I would know if I had uneven movement to begin with. She cleaned my lip and went to inject one unit to start with. I literally had to stop her from injecting INTO THE WRONG SIDE. I didn't want anymore injected as obviously she has proven to not know what she was doing or what was needed. She then proceeded to tell me that I'm just "probably one of those people who don't like the lip flip." Uh or maybe I would like it if it had been done correctly and evenly in the first place? She ushered me back and told me I don't have to stop by the desk and I'm "good to go". I walked out and left. There still hasn't been much change since the "correction". This entire experience was bad. I will not go back to this office or recommend it to anyone I know. read more

I found Taylor on Yelp. I just moved to Denver from Los Angeles in February. I have gotten fillers multiple times in the past when living in LA. I just had my first appointment with Taylor a few days ago and she did an excellent job! I was very happy/ impressed with the results! It was the best/easiest experience I have ever had getting fillers to date! Her office is very nice, clean and comfortable. Taylor is very professional, friendly, gentle, patient, enthusiastic and she really listens and takes her time - she is not pushy at all and does not make you feel rushed. Other places I had been to in the past when living LA would make me feel rushed because they would have to get to the next patient- this was not the case at all with Taylor- Taylor gives you 100% of her attention and doesn't make you feel rushed or like she has to be somewhere else. It was a very pleasant experience. I didn't have any bruising afterwards (got my lips, cheeks and under eyes done). Whenever I had gotten fillers at other places I had been to in the past when living in LA, I would always bruise - so I was very impressed/ happy when I didn't bruise at all after seeing Taylor. My face looks very symmetrical and the cheeks really subtly balanced out my face. She also did an amazing job on my lips and under eyes (I have always had extremely hollow under eyes- but not anymore thanks to Taylor!). Taylor also has very fair and reasonable pricing- the fillers she used on me last 1-2 years (cheeks last 2 years, everything else lasts one year), so you don't have to go in constantly to get touch ups (i.e. low maintenance). CoolSculpting how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. All I can say is WOW! This is truly a Godsend. I have had two children and now have a baby who is 15 months old. I have lost all the weight but the last 5-6 lbs. My tummy needed a little help (I think I have hit that 40 year old stretch of life where we just are getting thicker in the mid section :( Anyway, my extra fluff is no match for Coolsculpting! I'm at week six post treatment and the fat is falling off! It really works. I'm a tough critic and I'm pleased to report that Leah Barr is a master at her craft. I have done quite a bit of research on Coolsculpting and my take away is it really matters where you go and who is performing the treatment. Experience goes a long way with this- if you go to the wrong person/clinic you may get unsightly indentations in your fat- which makes that fat even uglier than it already is! So do yourself a favor and go to Leah at Restorative Injectables- you won't be sorry! Never bargain shop beauty -never worth it in the end! read more

I won't go to anyone else ever again. Back story: I moved to CO from San Diego and THOUGHT I'd been receiving ok fillers. After my last round of lip fillers, I was left with lumps and unevenness, and my original injector blew me off. Enter Taylor. She took her time, helped me to dissolve with two rounds and refilled me. I mean, this woman took her time to make sure I was literally reconstructed slowly and conservatively to achieve the results that do not make me look like a duck. When I had a few questions about bruising she FaceTimed me to check it out, answered all my questions even on weekends, and responded to messaged within 24 hours. Her prices are competitive, and worth every cent. I've now experienced mediocre fillers in San Diego, and what a filler SHOULD look like from Taylor. Professional, empathetic and actually cares that you look like your best. No one will ever inject me besides her again. She also did my Botox and it was the first time I ever did not feel the pinch.
