After my first couple treatments, I was sold and signed up for the monthly club (I think there are several levels). When I took the first break b/c of COVID and then returned, the front desk folks initiated putting a stop on my monthly club dues b/c I had accrued such a large balance and they wanted me to use some of it up before re-starting my dues. WHO DOES THAT? I really appreciated their customer service, from the front desk to all of the providers who welcome each and every guest. If you know what you like, please let the front desk know and they'll try to match you with the right provider!
