After having the WORST experiences with Ideal Image(pain, no results, SO expensive), I had a lot of fear and not a lot of trust issues. *Please don't ever go to Ideal Image unless you hate yourself, you're a glutton for pain, and like to waste money.* I had SO many trusted friends recommend ASC, so I decided to give them a try. Literally everyone. My first visit was for Botox (and maybe lips?) with Missy. It's hard to remember exactly where I started. Since then, I have had facials, laser treatments, Botox, lip fillers, under eye fillers, lash tints and lifts, and now laser hair removal. There is honestly nothing I wouldn't trust them to do. Every experience has been consistently amazing from the customer service, to keeping me comfortable, to amazing results. NOTHING has been painful. They have highly trained team members, advanced technology, and tools to make everything as painless as possible. I am always excited to try something new, but also value their honesty when they tell me I don't need a treatment. Melissa the laser technician not only failed to acknowledge the blatant lack of results but also went as far as to blame me for the issue by suggesting it was due to my use of fake tan. And after 3 months I should be able to wear fake tan on my face after $3000 the brown spots should have been taken care of as this was the whole point of this procedure. She also told me I had already decided the procedure didn't work Before three months because I had called back with questions because my neck & chest didn't even get red, I didn't peel anywhere and because I had questions she said to my face I had already decided that this procedure didn't work.. how unprofessional and disrespectful. It is disheartening to feel worse about my appearance now than before undergoing this procedure.. I have been a drugstore skincare user for a while, and I needed to invest in my skin. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything, she gave me options and I went ahead and bought all of them. The overnight glycolic gel has been a game changer and I love the face wash also. The office is beautiful and has adequate parking, the entrance to the 500 building is in the back, when you go it'll make sense. The elevator opens to their office, and I believe there are two sides.
