I switched to this place after an unfortunate experience from another chiropractor so I was somewhat apprehensive going in, but Dr. Kevin takes the time to listen and try different methods than my past chiropractor did which has helped a lot already. Unlike other places I've been, I don't feel like just another patient-- here, I feel like I'm recieving personalized care for my needs. From the self check-in kiosk to the adjustment tables and massage roller tables, they have excellent top quality equipment which very much contributes to a great overall experience. In every room they even have gentle cloud ceiling light alternative option to those like me with light sensitivity. After each visit I'm left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I had a sharp pain at the lower back and it was impossible for me to get up and move as normal and every move causing me sharp pain. Sometimes when you need an urgent care with an extreme pain, do not have enough time to search and choose the right chiropractor for your need. That is exactly what happened to me. I must admit and say that I am so thankful and extremely lucky to find this place and meet the best Chiropractor and amazing stuff members. When I met Dr Thacker, He immediately did the complete evaluation and gave me a follow up recommendations. He told me "I will be alright" and started the treatment immediately. For my lower levels of bone density, Dr Thacker started to give me gentler treatments. After heat therapy, he used his hands to apply controlled, rapid force to adjust injured joint, to allow the joint to move in a normal manner and reduce pain and inflammation. Most of the time I can also hear the cracking sound while twisting and applying forces to adjust injured joints. He also had a workshop session for patients and family members free of charges where he provided an excellent educational session how to prevent from common back injuries and what to do when that happens. Hand out was also provided to us with an educational information for Home Care Instructions and guide line. Slowly but surely, I was getting better and start noticing the improvement with my back lower pain. Dr Thacker is an excellent Chiropractic Professional with a wide variety of practice. He always greets patients with great smile and professional manner. I must also say Zina and Michelle are amazing stuff members who assisted me from day one with a great enthusiasm and professional manner. Dishonest Billing and Unethical Practices…read more I would strongly caution anyone considering Wholelife Chiropractic. My experience--and the experience of others--shows a disturbing pattern of misleading billing, surprise charges, and unprofessional behavior. I was charged over double during a lawsuit--$105 per visit for the same care I later received for $50. I was also billed $100 for exercises that were emailed to me with a link to youtube I was never told this was a billable charge. They refused to let me use my insurance-covered visits saying insurance doesn't cover wellness visits, which is not true. This practice feels predatory--taking advantage of people in difficult situations. Other reviewers had similar issues with surprise bills and insurance miscommunication. Be careful. I was even able to view another patient's statement that they are suing, and the billing codes are the same however our charges are not. Seems very shady.

They were condescending, overly sales-y, or straight-up practicing hooey voodoo. That's not what Dr. Gregg is all about. My first appointment with him, he asked a lot of valid questions, treated me with respect and attention, and took a few X-Rays, which no other chiropractor had offered up front. He easily could have seen me four or five times before getting X-Rays, but he didn't. Much appreciated. After figuring out what was bothering me, he was able to pop my back and neck in a number of places. Super refreshing. After my second appointment in which he reviewed my X-Rays, he didn't recommend I come in 4 times a week for 8 months like other chiropractors-- he told me to come in once a week for a couple more sessions just to make sure things are still going well. The office is a good size, it's in a really nice office building with a lot of other small businesses. It's kind of hard to find the first time you go, but don't be discouraged. The office is clean and organized, although the X-Ray room is kind of cluttered and messy. Not that it needs to be pristine. If you're having back issues, start with Dr. Gregg. He's a new, refreshing, and super-competent chiropractor. You won't be let down!
