Hotworx is open 24 hours so you can go to any of the virtual classes or simply sit in the sauna at times that work with your schedule. The hours referenced here are the times that there is someone working up front to show you the ropes (no pun intended) or answer questions. They were not super pushy with "selling" you on the membership. Give it a try. Worst case scenario you will get a beneficial infrared sauna session in!
