I cancelled my membership with Restore in Naples. I am currently dealing with health issues & can no longer use the service. Just want to let ppl know that they are inflexible with their refund policy. After a pause in my membership,(3 months) when the membership resumed, they would not refund my $119,(the initial charge) I had to cancel because I was dealing with health issues. I don't feel that that they have a compassionate attitude towards clients ( & their health issues) I did enjoy the membership initially & I was a member for approximately 2 years. There business practices are HORRIBLE. I was a member for over ten years starting in Westport, CT and fan but my ability to use the Naples facility, especially in season was not good. I asked in person to cancel my membership. The friendly woman looked at her computer screen and said, "I have to charge you for three more months, until I can cancel you." I was not happy at all. However, I accepted the constantly changing criteria for redeeming credits and all the other little unexplained nuances to their evolving "credit" system. I didn't think about it again. Months later I decided to go buy an IV drip. That is when I discovered that they were still charging me $119. a month. I called said that I had asked for my membership cancelled a long time ago. I was told they only froze it. Then, long story short they said they would get back to me. The final verdict was that they would give me 24 credits to use in three months. NO money, nothing and they refer to a contract they don't show me. RIP OFF completely!!! How can use trust people with your health when you can't trust them with your money. read more

I tried to give them my business. I wanted to. I very much looked forward to this place. I love cryo, compression, RLT & RL saunas and looked forward to their other services. They list no prices. I signed up online thinking, maybe if I sign up I can see pricing. Nope. So i tried to book a service. Got all the way to " confirm booking" and still had no idea what price is. Why would I confirm a booking and not know price? I emailed them asking for pricing. No response. I called them and left a message. No response. At what point do you know prices? Received a gift certificate so decided to use it on a hydrafacial. Worst facial ever! All they do is drag this ridiculous wand across your face saying they are extracting dirt and inserting serums. The whole process last 1/2 hour and for that they charge $210. Add to that I now have broken blood vessels across my chin from too much pressure AND my skin is dry and tacky. BUYER BEWARE this is total rip off and you could, like me, end up with more problems than you went in with. If there was less than one star that is what I would give them. UPDATE: Ashley reached out and offered a skin consultation and a complimentary oxygen facial. Her customer service skills were outstanding. I would give it a zero! Beware of this business, they have shady practices, they lie and make false promises, and they make unauthorized charges on your credit card. I signed up in October and paid for 3 consecutive months because they have a 3 months min policy. I only went 2 or 3 times and did not even use up the services from the first month, I asked them to stop billing me, and I was told that I am better off not canceling completely, but rather putting my membership on hold until I could use up the services I already paid for $527! They assured me they would not charge my credit card anymore. The charges stopped, then I saw a charge for $199 in July, I guess they thought people don't notice, so I called them, questioned the charge, and asked them to reverse it, they refused, and they gave this song and dance about their 3 months hold policy and that they did me a favor by keeping my credits active as if they were giving them to me for free! I paid for those useless services! The manager called me and said that she checked with her boss, bottom line they refused to refund the July charge of $199, but that I would have until the end of the year to use up the already-paid services accumulated in my account which 8 more were added in July. So I booked an appointment and went yesterday, come to find out from the manager herself who made me these false promises that my previous services expired in May and that she cannot revive them! How am I supposed to relax and enjoy myself when I am stressed because I was lied to and felt scammed? As I was leaving, I tried very politely to question her, so I could understand, she said she did not want to discuss it and asked me to leave. I guess she did not want other guests to hear how shady their practices. So basically I am out $727 for nothing! I obviously will never set foot in that place again. read more

if you're looking for new treatments to boost your physical and mental well being, you have to visit Restore. I am addicted to the cryofacial and love testing myself in the cryo tank. Both make you feel (and look!) amazing. Other fun stuff includes red light therapy, customized IVs, and compression. On my list to try next is the oxygen tank! I would give them a zero if I could. Very shady business practices, and they took advantage of people who became homeless during the hurricane. They made various promises about what a monthly membership looked like. They asked us to sign a long document on a small iPad, but when I asked for a copy of it they told me they could not provide that, but that their flyer provided all the information I needed. During summer months we leave the area, so we told them we would prefer to sign up when we returned. They said the offer would not be available at that time and that all the credits we accumulated could be used when we returned. So we signed up. Unfortunately, there was a hurricane and we were unable to return as we had no home. We spoke with them and they made no mention of our credits expiring. We paid over $1000 towards services with them that they now refuse to provide to us. Its simply bad business practices, if not fraud. Fantastic! I've been going to Restore since opening day! A squeaky clean environment, which is of great comfort in the world we currently live in. A spectacular staff who are knowledgeable, patient and kind. Besides the occasional IV drips and immune booster shots, I've been happily getting PBM sessions multiple times a week. After consulting with the staff, I brought my 18 year old son to try the PBM as well, as it is potentially beneficial to retina health. My son has a very strong eye lens prescription that causes him black and white floaters in his peripheral vision all the time, and sometimes promotes migraines. After a few sessions, he has no more white floaters, and the black floaters have almost all receded. I'm so grateful to the knowledgeable and forward thinking folks at Restore Naples for helping my son so much! I'll never stop thanking them all every time I walk in the door, and I'll continue to walk in the door as often as I can. I could not be happier that Restore Naples is here ! read more

I used to love this Restore. I would not even recommend it anymore. The service was so poor and the staff are unbelievably unprofessional I waited 35 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the "nurse". The Assistant Manager rolled in wearing dirty biker shorts (sans a shower) and attempted to help out, but when the front desk staff walked by eating a handful of Cheez-It, I decided to take my wellness needs to a business that values what they preach. There are not enough words to adequately express how wonderful the Restore experience truly is! We are so fortunate to have these kind of wellness services at our community's disposal! Every staff member is incredibly knowledgeable about each service and how to mix and stack for your own unique "best outcome". When I reached out to inquire about their services for my husband's brain tumor remission journey, they were able to recommend excellent research based modalities and fit us with a plan that has become an ideal supplement. While it's only been a few months, we are hopeful for the long term benefits and Already seeing short term results in his sleep and cognition! I personally signed up for my own membership and as a teacher, mom if young children who exercises 5/6 days a week, I have loved how the Restore modalities like, cryotherapy, IV drips, and PBM, have enhanced my stamina and my ability to recover quicker!
