Upon pulling in the parking lot I saw that the practice is in a newer strip mall and looks great walking in. The front is modern looking with a country twist or style to it. It's honesty kind of relaxing which I'm sure is the point right!! There are several small rooms inside to be seen by a chiropractor or massage therapist. Fairly boilerplate but I enjoyed the size of the room as it was small but ample size. This made it easy for me to relax. The massage therapist (I'm terrible with names) did a fantastic job and was very thorough and 100% professional. The conversation was light and enjoyable. I believe if I come back to Claremore more often I would frequent this location for some additional massage therapy!!!

This clinic is so clean and feels like a true "third place" if you will. They are quick to get…read morepatients in, they take their time and do not make folks feel rushed, and I truly do believe that Dr. Chasteen cares about each individual with his whole self. It is so much easier to navigate this clinic than it was to do even my smaller St. Francis one that was not n the hospital with my former PCP. My mom an sister both have mobility issues and this clinic makes it so easy to bring them. They can even do a lot of lab work onsite, and help with things like family planning, weight loss, vaccines, and other services that I did not expect to get from this little clinic. Definitely check this place and their offerings out, especially if you are struggling to establish a PCP (Tulsa takes forever with getting in your first time with a PCP) or if you have a high deductible.

He's very knowledgeable about all things medical of course, but what struck me the most is how I could go in during a treatment and mention (very vaguely I might add) where my pain was that particular day, and he could not only pinpoint the issue, but also treat the problem and I'd leave having the pain immediately resolved. He's an amazing doctor in that sense, but he is also very empathetic and kind. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Travis if you're having back issues.

While you can book online, you can't cancel - it instructs you to call. When I called today the person I talked to just said ok and cancelled it. I then see a 50% charge on my card on file. While I understand the need to have a cancellation policy, I was not informed of this when I called to cancel. When I called to ask about it and to see if perhaps I could get even a partial refund if I rebooked and the answer was "I don't have any way to do that". Very uncustomer friendly for a repeat client and I'm bummed because I really enjoyed going there.
