The building looks brand new even though it's been around for 5 years. There's plenty of parking. The first floor has the urgent care and lab corp. The second floor has primary care. It's easy to check in and nurses are welcoming and efficient. It makes it get an annual physical pain-free. I'm a happy patient. For blood work, remember you need to fast for at least 12 hours for accurate results. You check in on a screen in the front and they call you when a phlebotomist is available.

My regular doctor, of course, only works half a day on Friday (I love her anyway) so there was no chance of getting in. I had never before visited an urgent care and was referred here by colleagues at OSU's medical school. Turns out it's staffed and owned by some doctors who are OSU-COM grads. In any event, it is not true that nothing can be done for food poisoning. Mine turned out to be bacterial, so if I had held out any longer, I might have ended up in the hospital. While they could not prescribe me anything for certain unpleasant aspects of my condition, they did give me an anti-nausea medicine which immediately returned some of my will to live. When one has any kind of food poisoning, it is true that things have to *ahem* run their course. But just having something to ease the nausea can immediately improve one's outlook on life. Needless to say, I left with a favorable impression of the place. I have been back for a dog bite and multiple upper respiratory infections since and always had a good experience. The wait is usually not crazy and the staff, doctors, and nurses are knowledgeable and friendly. I continue to be amazed that one can lurch into a facility feeling like death and by evening or the next day feel human again. The miracles of modern medicine!

Problem was my nurse. She gave off the persona of a lost careless sloth, slow, no sense of urgency and w/o much interest to how well the job was performed nor idea of what she was really doing. Regardless not okay + everything took multiple tries like my heart rate, blood pressure, and most importantly gluing the cut on my head, which is what I went in for and never got 100% fixed. After being glued up by the nurse, went into the car and realized I was still bleeding. Went back in for a touch up and by then the office was closing so I had to leave right away. When I went home I still had a section that wasn't glued up and all the blood ended up dripping out of that opening. Could have done better myself with some glue from the drug store while concussed. After resting for a day, my shin had began to hurt really from when I fell backwards down some steps stairs after my head impact. Went to a hospital to ensure no fractures, which they confirmed was just a bad bruise. Wish I had gotten everything done with one visit instead of having to go to the hospital less than 48 hours later and waste a bunch of $$$ and time. Think a few of their 5 star reviews are also fake. I did but go here because it was close to where I got injured & of the high rating on Yelp. They also have offices in Michigan where I'm from so thought if I needed to go back it would have been easier. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you need a script or something from the doctor and not any assistance from the nurse.

Never said a word while we were in the office so that we could at least look for another doctor so as not to interrupt our medicines (yes, med schedule is definitely interrupted now with no recommendation to any other doctor in their facility to keep it going or set up another visit). Their staff are friendly but not very helpful in answering the questions that you give them (especially about being tested for covid antibodies - they only push getting the vaccination without discussion or recommendations of other options.) They do remind you of scheduling appointments and have an online presence where you can review the testing results. Just wish we had felt a little more special to them.
