They have multiple options including sauna Pilates, yoga, cycling, rowing, iso, core, buns sessions. I ended up doing the Pilates one. Each sauna room can fit three people but it really comfortably fits two so that each person can I have safe. From my understanding when you book online you can tell how many people are already booked for that session. Overall love the idea as someone who struggles to sweat in the gym, this really does feel like a good sweat. It's also open 24/7, so for people with odd schedules, it works. I could not find a place to put the volume up but that was probably my own fault, I should have just asked. There is a small area with workout equipment, I'd say that I can imagine this area could get packed. It doesn't feel like enough space.

The manger then told me that I shouldn't have been told that and my only option was to pay $99 to cancel. After I explained what their employee told me, the manager responded by telling me that this is why it is important to review the membership agreement. If an employee is the one that recommended I wait then why would I question that? Do better and train your employees properly.

This is possibly my favorite YMCA out of all of them that I've visited thus far. Take note that the…read moreYMCA is nationwide and you need to let them know you are an out of state member when you check in (just say Nationwide Member). Unique features here: - Lots of sitting areas - Top floor indoor track - Large men's and women's locker rooms on the bottom floor - Ample space available to spread out from people - Hair stylist station in men's locker room - Treadmill in men's locker room No complaints here! It's a discombobulated puzzle on the top floor. Each open room offers a different quadrant of machines. One room has your benches/incline/decline. One room has all the treadmills/stairsteppers. One room has yoga/pilates. One room has your weight machines. And the room I finally found is hidden in the back and has all your dumbbells/pulley machines/smith machines. Word to the wise, you'll get a workout going from the bottom to the top floor. Three floors of fun! Enjoy your treasure hunt when you arrive.

There is parking in the back and it was already pretty full around the time I got there. But saw people leaving also. I was greeted promptly by Charles, I believe, and he was kind enough to give me the verbal tour when I said it was my first visit. I could tell this is a large location. Lockers downstairs, spacious and very well kept. Sauna was a delight and good thing it can hold a lot of people because there were like 8 of us inside at one point. A lot of workout equipment, all types of machines like 3 or 4 rooms upstairs for weights/ machines/ cardio/ etc. Areas for stretching and walking circle. The basketball court was great to finish the workout. I will definitely consider visiting again if in the area.

I like SweatHouz and have had good experiences here. You book online, they will send you emails…read morewhen they run specials, and I've found their system easy to use. You can also add a friend to your reservation for an extra fee. They will give you a tour on your first visit, tell you what the recommended times are for each part of the experience and everything is pretty self explanatory from there. I recommend asking for an extra towel, and taking the cool towel they provide (I've found it's a wonderful touch after you've been in the sauna for a while). Each suite has a private sauna where you can adjust the lighting and heat, a cold plunge, a vitamin C shower (with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), a TV, deodorant, hair ties, and a countdown clock to make sure you know how much time you have left. I recommend bringing shower shoes, a bathing suit or whatever you want to wear, any lotions you use, a brush, and comfy clothes to change into after the fact. Lesson learned after coming here a few times from working out: the room itself stays pretty warm so getting back into leggings or biker shorts is kind of a pain. When you're done, they have a beauty station where you can freshen up your makeup, use their red light therapy, or blow dry your hair. I've started to make this a regular part of my wellness routine, and I really look forward to contrast days. Those days also segue into my best sleep nights.

You get a private room with your own cold plunge, sauna and shower. One hour of restorative bliss! Just what the body needs after a Pilates session. I was kind of scared of the whole cold plunge thing but I am so glad I gave it a try. Definitely a mind over matter experience. And it felt amazing to do the cold plunge and then sit in the infrared sauna while watching Netflix on their TV. We ended up getting packages because it was just wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

**GOOD GYM, POOR CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION**…read more I travel a lot, but when I joined O2 last year, the front desk was helpful, kind, and informative (shout out to amazing Sydney). I had a personal trainer who helped me for several months to achieve my fitness goal for an event. Gym and equipment were solid, customers were friendly. Due to my challenging travel schedule, I no longer required the annual gym membership and notified corporate and their staff of the cancellation. But that is when things got ugly. Received text messages and unauthorized credit card charges. In fact, they recently attempted to run $300 for non-existing training services. It feels like they either hope you don't notice or you don't care. If this is true, it is unprofessional and illegal. I am not the only one who has gripes with O2, check out other platform reviews. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Judging by the reviews I assumed my home location (Morrisville) was better. I'm wrong! I like the space here. Mostly clean and smaller but has more than enough room for comfort. I found there to be fewer people. My normal location (Morrisville) has high traffic throughout the entire week even on Saturdays. My workout was nice here. The carpet can stand to be replaced in the area near the elliptical. Besides that, it's nice here.
