She offered suggestions for my skincare and listened to my concerns. I had an area that particularly bothered me and she spent a generous amount of time working on it. My skin felt better after each time. There was no pressure to return even though she made it clear by explanation and by the differences I immediately noticed with my skin that it would be beneficial. The salon is tucked in the corner of a small plaza in Wentzville. The decor was calming. If I have funds, I will return. Lauren gave me several product references that are not sold in her shop, was informative about the local dining and was not annoyed that I was late the first time. We went in looked around for a little bit before an associate came up and asked us if we needed any help we asked for our particular makeup item and she went to go ask What I am assuming was a supervisor or even a manager of the store if they remotely sold said product. Again what I am assuming was some type of manager or supervisor was currently helping another customer and her small child. After being asked the question by the other associate she loudly blurred sound for everyone in the store to hear "oh God no" in a rather condescending and rude tone like she was appalled at the mere suggestion that they would carry a product like that. Now quite frankly I don't inherently care that she swore by taking the Lord's name in vain but the fact that she did so in front of a small child in my opinion is kind of rude and the fact that she swore in front of what was going to be several paying customers not just my friend and me, Leaves a fairly bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if she thought my friend and I looked poor, if it was that she didn't like how we were dressed, thought we looked LGBTQAI+, If we looked like the type of customer she didn't want to service or what but the fact of the matter is she made us feel very unwelcome and like we were beneath her between her tone and what she said. We were looking for a product that was similar to something a different makeup brand cells for $45 because unfortunately the only place that sells that particular make up brand in store is nearly a 1/2 hour drive And it would have been closed by the time we arrived. We were already out in that location. So we'd already planned on spending in my opinion of fair penny on makeup. Her clerk was at least polite and helpful but after how rude she was I don't plan on coming back and plan on making it crystal clear to everyone I know how rude and horrid that woman was.

I had even explained to this salon that I want a hairstylist similar to the Master colorist I had at Ulta. This salon lied and told me that they do have a master colorist and an experienced hairstylist. The hairstylist I got was a very young lady who only had 2 years of experience of being a hairstylist and who did not know what she was doing. Not only did she not wash my hair, properly (after putting the color on me), but then she also did not even colored all of my roots (as I had specified in my initial phone call with the salon). I had mentioned all of my concerns to this front desk lady, who was smirking and giggling silently. Nobody was concerned enough to talk to me as a paying customer and it was very obvious that they only care about getting money. The owner of the place did not talk to me, at all. There seems to be no customer care in this place. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon at all
