They're really well known for their 6 week 20 lb weight loss challenge. If you lose the weight in 6 weeks you get your $299 back! It's a hugely successful program they offer multiple times throughout the year. I'm a reg memento and have been for 9 years. I've been to countless gyms and tried out almost every group fitness class there is. Raw is the BEST! The classes are always challenging in the best way. The trainers are hands down what makes this gym stand out. They give you their ALL! They know you by name, offer modifications if you have an injury and challenge you more if they know you need it. There is NO other gym like RAW! If you're looking for the best workouts with an incredible community to go with it Raw is where it's at!

I requested that my membership be placed on hold and was later told the early termination fee would be reduced. Despite that, I was charged $275. I reached out several times trying to resolve the issue, but the response continued to be that I had signed a contract rather than addressing what I had previously been told regarding the reduced fee. My partner and I had actually planned to return, and over the years he has referred several people to Raw Fitness. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will be looking for another fitness center instead. I enjoyed working out at Raw Fitness for many years, but my experience with the current management and the way this billing issue was handled changed my opinion of the business.

Tried this place out for the first time and it was a great experience!…read more I signed up online for the 6 AM class. When I walked in a few minutes before class, I was greeted by Philip who already had my liability form ready for me to sign. He then showed me where the restrooms were, where I could leave my stuff and then I was introduced to the instructor Daniel. Daniele was very thorough at explaining all of the movements and the class format. This was a class like I've never taken before so I didn't know what to expect. It was a lower body focused workout this day. The dynamic warm-up followed by a more progressive warm-up, took about 20 minutes of the class. Next, we were given a super set assignment to do strength and cardio focused exercises for four rounds. Then we moved onto our big lift, which were the barbell-squats. Each person got their own rack and barbell set up, which I found pretty impressive. The class size was pretty small compared to what I'm used to, but that gave Daniel the opportunity to give a lot of focus to each member and make sure their form was on point. There was a short ab burnout at the very end of the class. There was absolutely no cardio which for some people makes them very happy When I asked about the schedule, I was told that they alternate between strength and cardio conditioning throughout the week so if you're looking for weight training in a small group fitness atmosphere that does not rush you this would be a place you would enjoy.

Spacious, great energy, and gorgeous bathrooms, this is def a great location to get fit. Parking is ample and it's near both the highway as well as tons of shops, so quite convenient. I really enjoyed it, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The trainers are great. The times I was there I mostly trained with Sadie, Zulie and Ciara and they were amazing they really push you and are very helpful. The schedule they offer was very flexible, earliest 5am and latest I think it was 6sh I can't remember. They also offer child care for later times I think after 8am. I took for my 4 year old daughter in twice in the evening and she enjoyed it. The classes are typically 45 mins you end with a quick cool down and stretch. They do encourage you to high five others in the room all the time like after every work out. They also do fun community events, which is very neat. I would def recommend this place. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it, you don't have to reserve a spot in advance like other places and it doesn't get super packed.
