His care helped me greatly to recover my mobility. I also enjoyed working with Dominic. Ali at the front desk is friendly and helpful with your insurance coverage. There opening schedule is convenient. Few days a week Andrew welcome his first patients at 7am so you can go straight to work after that. They also have Friday afternoon openings. However, I was a little taken aback by the few interactions I had with one of the lady therapist and her attitude. I really recommend Andrew Harris kind and friendly care!

The Nurses take forever to come and assist the patients in the rooms when the Red Alert Button has been pushed. The patients with dementia are not able to advocate for themselves unfortunately. Therefore, the patients do not get taken to use the restroom often, so they wet themselves. The wheelchair bound patients end up getting sores on their behinds because they are not moved often/ ignored. Many elderly patients fall down while staying here due to poor negligence. Case Managers do not respond back to phone calls in a timely fashion. You have to keep calling and hunting them down. Medications are not given properly to patients. Encompass will try to push patients out of their facility promptly even if patients are not capable (still have 10/10 pain, cannot walk/ move at all or without assistance, etc). Our family has been very dissatisfied and disgusted with the lack of care and service from this facility.
