I almost didn't recognize myself in the words...but in a good way. It was amazing to see myself through the eyes of a potential employer. Be sure to read all of the instructions for the survey before you take it. Some of the questions are repetitive but they did that on purpose. For me, the survey took about 30 minutes and was really mostly cut and paste. I highly recommend Pillar for whatever you need. They are quick, courteous, professional and thorough. My resume now says what I have been trying to say for years but didn't quite have a handle on the verbiage. Oh, one other thing is that the resume isn't written with typical boilerplate stuff either...I felt like they made this resume especially for me.

When I questioned this, I was told I should have provided the hours or directed them after the first attempt.
