Being a client of Resurgence Wellness since the later part of 2022 and have spent thousands of dollars, as well worth the money. The week of April 15, I had a phone call that I was not able to transfer a vial of lip filler to another filler type. I am not able to get injections in my lips, Jo and I found that out the hard way, several months ago. Mr. Russell Green contacted me. Mr. Green went out of his way so that this "transfer" of vials would happen. This is my second round of treatment with another filler with Jo. Jo is absolutely a phenomenal injector and person. Do not give this company your credit card number they charged my card $1425 without my approval. When I asked for a refund they would not process so I went to my credit card company and received a $575 refund which is exactly the amount I was overcharged. I had 35 units of paid Botox (used 28 12/4 and banked 7). They didn't like my valid credit card dispute so they deleted my 7 units of Botox from my file. Now filling a $68.25 dispute with BBB. The folks at this place helped me so very much. I came to Resurgence Wellness having experienced extreme dehydration. My doctor's nurse suggested finding a place that did IVs. I found Resurgence and explained the situation. They were wonderful. The staff, especially Chloe, was very kind and friendly. Joe, the nurse, set me up in a very comfy spa-like chair and did a great job with my IV. A few hours after the infusion, I started feeling much better. I'm so grateful for these folks and how they were able to help me. I'm seeing lots of reviews about money situations. It was not my experience, but I am so saddened it was the experience of others. hours ago NEW My experiece was not a good one and I do not recommend at all. Let me start by saying I am not a stranger to lip filler. I've always had just one injector but she moved out of state, so I was looking for a new home. My first visit was cancelled the day before at the end of the day. ( I called off for this appt, this gave me no time to rearrange my shift and work) It was move to another day, they set me up with a travelling injector. Horrible experience. She used a whole syringe, I saw she was running out of filler and asked her if she was going to place any in my lower lip?, thats when she asked me if I could afford to buy another syringe?. Ummm....no! My lips looked bad off the bat. I had to go two weeks like that until my next apt. I had an interview for a promotion during this time. I had no confidence at all. I went back for my 2 week check up, I made sure to let them know I never want another traveling injector again. As soon as Amanda saw my lips she knew it was bad. We ended having to disolve them, that was painful and honestly tramatic. I had to wait another 2 weeks. The next time I had Chris, he comes in and injects a small amount in my upper right side of my lip, completely ignoring my lower and left side. I think maybe he thought that we only disolved that side. After my lips were disolved I felt like I left with less than I intially had before anything was done. I walked out of that session so upset. I litterally spent 4 mins totally that apt with him. When I did mention that he didn't inject anything any where else he said "let this settle and if you want more when you come in 2 wks we will add. I was so mad, the more I thought about it they more upset I became. Waited another 2 wks, I show up its a different injector, he takes me back and has the set up for botox. I had to tell him no, I'm here for my lips. Chris comes back in and I break everything down from begining to end, he does try to make it right, he adds a little more, he says, "theres more than enough if you want us to add more". The solution barley moved. I went in today, did not get Chris, I told this other injector that I would like my lips fuller, and I had develped a bubble that I couldn't massage out. He said ok that will be another 700 for a syringe. I told him there was some left from the last time. He said "let me go check" He comes back, "no, there is no more left, I think I was in the room with you guys the last time and he used it all". He was NOT in the room last time, and I told him that. I told him I do not want the bubble removed, and I left. I didn't want them to dissolve and take too much and I would have less than what I have now. I will find someone else to correct and to add volume like I wanted from the begining. This all started in December, it is now March. Oh in between that I had an appointment and wait 40 mins in the room only to be told Chris was not there. I called off that day from work and would have to make another appointment. They did give me a free service to make up for it, but as we all know the services only work with consistancy. One session does nothing. So theres my story. I wish I could fo back in time. Pics below. I hope you have better lcuk than me. What I suggest if you do get filler from here or any other place is take a video or a picture of remaining filler. So they can't say "you used it all" when you know you haven't. read more

Run like a business first not a healthcare provider. My experience left me disappointed after spending over 5K for various care. Early on an unprofessional encounter with the receptionist raised concern however I continued to go...after paying for an elective procedure. She approached from her desk while I was sitting in the waiting room, asking did you pay.. i paid the $2400 however she didn't bother to check......towards the end of my care after mentioning for several months my concerns, I opt to discontinue, not once was I directed to the process of withdrawing care... my concern this is a new operation the professional team are nice... however my advice to them that we are still patients/clients please pay more attention to their care and pause to assure to address compliance as it relates to expectations from the client. read more

worst business I've ever dealt with, Do No Go there! only if I read the review first would of save me so much time the first place. Extremely unprofessional starting from my appointment first time they send me confirmation through text (btw they got so many different # texted me for 1 appointment for emsculpt I had to block spam text) told me my appointment was 1 pm and 12:15 I got a call from them "I see you missed your appointment at 12:00 can you give us a call to reschedule" I called back they explained there has been an issue it's their system, 2nd time I tried to go I almost got there they called asked me to come 15 mins later. which they have no respect of my time I had another appointment after that day at somewhere else. I've made it, and got nothing done cause they weren't ready on time like I was told I will be done by certain time. they wasted my time twice I ask a refund they said "no refund its on our policy" I purchased over the phone not at any given time I was informed everything is final sale, their explanation "we automatically text you the recipe it says final sale" yes to my spam text that I've never receive, nor sign the recipe. I told the front desk I'm not asking for all refunds I just asked the package I purchased less than 24 hours ago to be refunded I don't want to come here also it just doesn't look like a legit med spa. place is like wellness center, I say it's very sketchy to get done anything med spa related. I tried to reason with them the girl with the sleeve tattoo at the front desk scoff at me, rolling her eyes and laughs (how professional) and then called the manager (Russell) who told me "we don't do refunds" so I asked "I never received the service and you did not inform me about your cancelation policy prior to making purchase, this is less than 24 hour transaction and you rather deal with legal issue and a bad review than giving me a refund? he said to me "I'll talk to the owner get back to you by 6pm but we don't do refunds" I called back around 7 and of course he did not pick up or I ever got a call back I feel like I'm being scammed, like slap in the face not even try to think in consumer position as working things out. no way I would ever want to do business with them ever.I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction, I had that card for 8 years this is my first dispute ever cause they left me no choice. Ive been elite for years on yelp and then got really busy have no time to review, they (resurgence) even got me back on yelp spent time to write this review. Oh I'll give some feedback. Thanks for asking for it. Yesterday I got a monoclonal antibody infusion. Your staff LIED and said that we asked for the banana bags when in fact we did not. I also don't recall anyone taking our vital signs prior to our treatment. I also dont appreciate how rude the staff was when we were completely polite and patient with how long it took to get in the room. We were grateful for our treatment but you all totally manipulated the situation and put banana bags on top of the government subsidized treatment ON PURPOSE to make a profit off of us while we are ill with covid! Stick to your Botox and cool sculpting. I will NEVER go here again. Watch out folks if you're getting the antibody infusions, don't let them sneak the banana bags in there and don't let them tell you they gave you the options. It was $600 by the time we left without our consent... awful business. The nurse also started acting really unprofessional and started arguing with me that she told me we were going to get those... she tried to prove her point by saying some phone number to me that I've never heard in my life as if it was mine because she got me mixed up with another patient. We were then trapped in the room by the owner with a pay device in our face or we couldn't leave. Total manipulation. Just know you will PAY for their mistakes. Even if it is busy. You need to fill out paperwork regardless and get vital signs. There is no doctor on sight at all only nurses. read more
