Review #3 of 2022. I been going to Medspa for a couple of years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for laser hair removal. They also do lip fillers, chemical peels, mico-needling, hydrafacials and botox. They do laser hair removal for both guys and girls so gentlemen that want to get unwanted hair removed come on in. I had never been to this place before but I found a groupon for laser hair removal and decided to give them a try. I always go driving on cooper and never stopped to think a business like this would be so conveniently located in the middle of Arlington. If you miss the turn to go in you will need to go all the way down to Mayfield and make a right to go 'the back way'. There are other businesses in this business park but euromed spa is clearly marked. They welcomed me and had me fill out all my paperwork on an iPad. I then waited in their waiting area to be called. Most of the time when I had gone to visit is either just me or maybe 2-3 other people max in there. I only had laser hair removal from them so I can only speak on that area of service. They have private rooms so is only you and the technician. When they bring you in they go over any safety concerns you may have, if you had any reactions to the treatment area etc. They always start off with a spot check to see if that level of the lase feels comfortable to you and to see if any reaction occurs if any. The best way I can describe LHR is as if someone is blowing hot air onto your skin or the feeling of a small rubber band popping against your skin. After seeing the results from my first session I decided to book a bikini appointment. I thought it would be backward to have a stranger looking at my lady area to get it laser off but the staff is very professional and made me feel comfortable. I always had the same LHR technician so I really appreciate that, over my sessions, I have gotten to know her and she is wonderful to talk to. After the treatment is over they walk you back to the front desk to schedule your next appointment. They send you a text with a reminder of when your appointment will be. They also give you a courtesy call the week of your appointment to confirm that is still the best time and date for the appointment. Its nice to see the same friendly faces when I go visit for my treatment. I know they post different monthly specials and they have groupons available so my suggestion would be to book a package deal. Once you see the results from your first visit you will say to yourself "why didn't I do this sooner". Update: I've had 12 total sessions for my underarms, Brazilian, and full legs. The results are overall great. I was a VERYYYY hairy person (tan skin, dark thick hairs). About 80% of my hair is gone completely. The 20% that's left is super thin like peach fuzz! (Except on my thighs, I'll explain down below) I also had REALLY BADDD strawberry legs. I will say they are not completely gone, but they have significantly reduced and aren't visible unless you're looking for them. I just wish I had a few more sessions for my thighs because after 12 sessions, I expected more results there. Especially cause I had less hair there to begin with than the other areas where I've had better results. I still have most of the hair growing back on my thighs.. I will have to take away 1 star for that.. Customer service is wonderful, the staff always makes me feel comfortable. I am very displeased with their customer service. I made an appointment for laser hair removal almost two months ago, and I showed up for my appointment today. I was told that I wasn't eligible for treatment because I'm taking medications that aren't compatible with laser hair removal because they are photosensitive, which could lead to burn. They had almost two months to tell me this. There should be a note on their website that warns patients to check if there medications are an issue. I'm guessing that their lasers are not the best in the market because I contacted Ideal Image to check if I could be treated there, and the answer was yes. read more

Do not walk. Run away from this place! I made an appointment at Euro Image Med Spa and was super excited about getting laser hair removal finally done. I was asked on the phone if I take any medications or use creams that include retinol. I told them I take Vyvanse and I do not use retinol creams. When I showed up for my appointment, they took me to the room and then asked me what medications I take. I told them (again), Vyvanse. The technician then told me that Vyvanse is a photosensitive drug and I would not be able to get laser hair removal unless I was off the medication for 2 weeks. I have never heard of Vyvanse being photosensitive so as soon as I got home I did some research. I found absolutely nothing on the web indicating that Vyvanse is photosensitive. I even called my dermatologist and she told me that was completely incorrect and that it is NOT photosensitive. Not only did this place waste my time with their completely incorrect information, the tech also suggested injections of Kybella because I had asked what treatment would be good for loose neck skin (due to my major weight loss). She said that it targets the fat to shrink it. I told her that fat wasn't the problem, it is loose skin. To which she went on to say was the same thing. Umm, No. It. Is. Not. It is actually designed to improve the appearance of moderate to severe fat, namely below the chin. Also known as a double chin. I'm not sure if they are just uneducated technicians or she was not listening to what I was asking and saying. I think it is due to being uneducated. I wish there was a 10-star option because they certainly deserve that and MORE!!! I started back in January with a VI chemical peel. While there I asked what else I might benefit from. I will be 48 in June and I have had a lot of health and personal issues that I felt had taken their toll. I was not looking for plastic surgery. I just wanted to be the best version of myself possible. I have since had 2 microdermabrasion treatments and 2 weeks ago had a PDO thread lift. There is not a single person I have come in contact with who isn't absolutely astonished at how much younger I look. I have not been comfortable being in public without makeup and/or a deep tan. Ever since my chemical peel, I have not wanted to wear any foundation or other "face" makeup. I literally tossed every bottle, tube, and tub of foundation and powder and I would not dare want to damage my beautiful "new" skin by baking in the sun. I'm just excited that there's a laser hair removal center close to home. Before I had to drive an hour away to get zapped. This place is so convenient. I also just found out they just opened this February. Very professional environment and the ladies are very polite. The only laser center in the Arlington area, ideal image, the one in front of Costco, was extremely overpriced for doing exact same thing Euro MedSpa is doing. I am so OVER the pain of getting a Brazilian wax so I sought out a more permanent method, LASER! My best friend got hers done a couple of months before for her wedding, and with my wedding coming up I thought I too should do the same. Group-on has a deal going on right, 6 sessions for Brazilian and underarm for $245. Which is very affordable for the same procedure at other places, plus in the long run waayyyy cheaper than European Wax Center if you think about it. I went to my first session and everything was great. I have a high tolerance for pain so I'm not really a good person to ask if it's painful. I found this place on Facebook. I have been here 3 times in hopes that it would be different but it never is. The customer service is so bad. The front desk girl was always rude and never welcoming at all. The lady who did numbing cream on my face even gave me a tissue and asked me to clean my face by myself before she applied the numbing cream! Another girl that performed the treatment on my face is okay, not horrible and I tipped her well every time. I have tried and given them 3 times but I still didn't have any good experience. I would spend my money somewhere else and never come back. I already made an appointment and paid for that service but I don't want to go back to that place anymore and wanted to cancel that appointment and a refund. Saw this website on Facebook and thought I would give it a try because I've been wanting to get a face for a pretty long time. First impression was the place was NOT clean. Especially with everything going on with covid at the moment. Went in for a consultation and they immediately went into talking me into getting something done. They didn't really talk me through what they were doing with my face. They put numbing cream on my face but didn't even clean my face before doing so...??? Got the "skin pen" treatment done. They said it would help with scarring and also my acne. Didn't help with anything. Seemed as if they only wanted their money and that's it. The service was okay, not horrible.
