I was seen by Nurse Ikish, who was very friendly and professional. She was able to complete my school documentation, print out the documents needed, and update my chart. Dr Goldenberg was great; she was able to see me and complete by documentation need for school, when my doctor at Southwood was booked out. You can never reach an…read moreactual person, they don't respond to text messages (their preferred method of communication), their voicemail system is a jumbled mess that frequently disconnects for no reason, some physicians won't refill critical medications due to their personal "philosophical views" on certain medications (forcing patients to go cold turkey, which can induce a stroke with certain anti-anxiety medications). I never felt so abused by my primary care provider (and I've had some real doozies in my day). Someone is going to suffer a major medical issue due to their lack of care and failure to promptly address patient needs.
