I followed up with a phone call to the office after 11:00 AM the next day because no one responded to the email I sent regarding how I was treated. During that conversation, I learned that the issue was not actually that the office had closed. While the office manager acknowledged that the practice closes at 4:00 PM despite many online listings showing 5:00 PM, she explained that Dr. Price had personally instructed the staff to call me when she learned I was running late. When she found out I would not arrive on time, she left the office before I got there. The staff then called to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I do not. After this experience, I will not be returning to this office. I will be transferring to another location and would choose a different podiatrist altogether if one were available in my network. Based on my experience, I did not feel valued as a patient, and I believe the Douglasville office lacks concern for the patients it serves.

Again I found out the doctor office billed my insurance $69 just for me calling asking for a refill. I was never told I was speaking to the doctor and didn't ask for one. I learned my lesson. I guess this doctor sits by the phone and answers it so she can bill a telehealth appointment when you havent asked for it and don't know you're getting one.
