Visited Friday for about my fifth time. This time I brought 7 friends for a shopping trip and we all bought several items. Our salesperson that day was not friendly at all! I asked about a damaged item and was not offered a fair reduction in price. The real frustrating thing was I bought a small turtle last month for $3. He denied it was $3 and charged me $5. When I got home I turned the turtle over and yes it was $3! Not too fond of liars. We all felt he was crabby and have debated on a return trip. read more

Great Place! The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. We go to both of their stores (2 doors apart) One has more furniture and one has more yard design items, pottery and kitchen ceramics. You won't believe the selection. One of the owners / managers says he goes to Mexico regularly and will visit select towns to source items from craftspeople if he can find something unique. We initially purchased some of their metal catcus / yucca plants for our home as well as some home furnishing items. Good prices and a great selection. read more

Best place to shop in Cave Creek for Mexican home decor! Prices are really good and quality is great!!

First off I LOVED the furniture - my husband and I found a number of pieces that we loved - and one that needed finishing. Fine - the guys working were great, set delivery for the week after (which included the finishing time) - I never heard anything and when I called to ask, the owner (a woman) about bit my head off for the fact her employee didn't give me a correct length of time for the piece to be finished. She promised the following Friday. That Friday I called again - still not done. Same woman (guessing owner) was rude again - I was then not available for 2 weeks so told her the next date I could make the time to be home for delivery. (and if you know what your work load is DO NOT PROMISE something you can't meet- I would have rather been told - we can deliver in a month) I never heard anything again - I called this morning and left voicemail - got a RUDE call back from same woman saying what we had agreed to was I would call them to arrange delivery (my expectation was that it would be the date we agreed to and someone there would call to arrange time) - none of this is my issue - I don't need rudeness or attitude - The prices and the furniture and most of the staff are great - my suggstion - only pick pieces that are on the floor finished. One of my most favorite stores in Cave Creek. We have purchased a number of items from them and have had nothing but great service and have always been happy with the quality of our pieces. They go out of their way to accommodate our special requests for specific colors, etc. and will special order anything we can't find in the store. I saw someone complained about them missing deadlines for delivery, etc. but we haven't had that experience and I hope they will give this store another chance because like i said, we've been there probably a dozen times in the past year and we have never had a bad experience. read more

The furniture is so well made, I purchased a small cabinet with reds, teal, brownish reds staining that is called "party" and posted a pic of it on FB, my friends were in awe of its beauty! So very sad. I was taken. Please be careful when buying something here. Do not let them pack your merchandise. He said it was fine as he placed my statue in my trunk while I gave him many towels and pillow to assist him in his packing...and my statue's head broke off. I called immediately and asked for at least 30 percent off if not entire exchange and he refused. He said once it leaves the store he is not responsible unless he delivered it. I was not offered a delivery and he offered to pack it. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service let alone UNETHICAL. I will fix her, but I have to pay more money for the glue. Great selection of Mexican made home furnishings and decor along with their neighboring store specializing in metal art. They also do custom work. Be sure and ask to see what's in the warehouse if you don't find what you want in the main store. They are very friendly and courteous and their prices are hard to beat. We found the perfect TV table as well as a stone and iron patio set. Delivery was a breeze and also very reasonable. I even saw a bench that I had purchased elsewhere a year earlier for $100 less. read more

Friends told us about this store. Furniture was great quality and reasonably priced, not to mention beautiful! Curly haired girl who worked there was knowledgeable and friendly with no pressure sales. We bought a small table and older women (owner?) took care of sale at register. She was rude and obviously in a bad mood. She treated us and sales girl and another employee who she yelled at to come carry our table to the car like we were stupid and an imposition. Love the store and unique items, but older lady (owner?) made us feel as if we'd done something wrong for simply buying a cute little table. Best selection and prices in Cave Creek!! The shop owner was extremely helpful and great to deal with. I was looking for just the right piece for our home and found a beautiful Mesquite cabinet. When I told him we were going to use it for our bathroom as a vanity base for a remodeling project, he even gave me some wax stain to help match the natural wood plank top we were making. Seriously, what other store would do that?? Amazing customer service! He made sure it was loaded safely into my truck with covering so it wouldn't get scratched during transport. Super fair on the price and even gave me 10% off. If you want unique, one of a kind pieces for your home, give this shop a try. We purchased a large saguaro skeleton and they deliver it yesterday. It was after dark and we had a hard time putting it up and securing it but they stayed with me until it was securely in place. I never would have been able to do it by myself. We take all of our visitors to their store and every year when we go back north (we are snow birds) we take a van loaded to the ceiling with their pots, etc. for our friends back home.
