She also couldn't be troubled to negotiate on my behalf to encourage bank (estate sale) to take my offer which was $45,000 more than cash offer. Or even ask bank to give me opportunity to provide higher cash offer which she knew was an option for me. She absolutely cost me house I had been searching for for over two years while simultaneously not getting her client (the estate) the highest offer. And shout out to Chase bank. If you use them to handle your estate, their only priority is to get a cash offer to make things easy for themselves. Getting an extra 25% for estate turned out to be unimportant to bank and this realtor.

My experience as a customer included a forged signature (unknown who did it -…read morejust that it was done while in possession of Hunt), misrepresentation of the house in the listing, and outright lying (was told my offer had been accepted when it really had not been; also told that my contingency was submitted when it was not only not submitted but the document was never found after I signed it). I was told they first wanted to get deal closed so I get my house and then they would make things right; the response I received afterwards from Hunt was an email that started with "As this will be out last communication" and an "apology" letter from the realtor saying his boss was making him take a documentation class and he hopes I was enjoying my house. However - they still took the full commission and I get a nasty email confirming they were paid and they were done being nice or working with me. I moved on as they clearly were not interested in anything now that they made a buck. However, I somehow ended up on their marketing list. I asked twice to be removed and they never removed me. I went to the Better Business Bureau and they immediately responded that I had been removed. So clearly they care about their company image and do not take action until that image is in jeopardy. I would not trust this company as clearly there is nothing they won't do to get the sale.
