Friday evening was my first and my last time visiting this store…read more I felt a little bit like Pretty Woman, except that I didn't actually find anything I wanted to buy in the store. I had been following them on social media for a little while, and I was eager to look for a special occasion dress. Unfortunately, the experience was less than pleasing. When my mother and I walked into the store, we saw 2 employees (one of them was their store model) at the register. There was 1 (one) other customer in the store. Both of the employees looked at my mother and I, didn't say a word or even smile. I kept expecting them to say hello or greet us while we walked around. Not one single word was spoken to us. I'm a huge advocate for small businesses/local businesses in OKC. I'm proud to shop local as often as possible and I'm more than happy to advertise for local businesses that I'm impressed with. However, when I enter a small store that is not busy at all, and the employees do not greet me OR say goodbye/thank you as I'm leaving, I feel that it shows poor customer service and a lack in common courtesy.

This has led me to source pre-owned clothing from vintage stores that are already curated for me. Some can be pricy, but Bad Granny's prices are reasonable and they have an excellent denim selection. I love old 70's, 80's and 90's Levi's and Wranglers and they have two dressing rooms so you can try on. Staff was friendly, but leave you alone to browse.

I enjoyed the exterior art work, seems like Google did a collaboration with OKC. Unfortunately, the customer service dampened the experience. Granny seemed unwilling to engage with me, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. My attempts at conversation were immediately dismissed... Because of that, I wouldn't return, though I genuinely hope her week improves.

So, I was so excited when I noticed that they were open when my mother and I attended the Paseo Arts Festival. When we walked in we were not greeted, but it was a busy day so I let that slide. As we walked around the store the employees hovered, but never made eye contact to say hello. I saw so many things that I thought my clients would like so I just ignored the bad customer service until I noticed that they spoke to several other people in the store, but never said a word to me or my mom. Just like their pictures do not represent an inclusive environment we did not feel welcomed. I put back the clothes I planned to buy and asked my mom to do the same. With all that is going on in the economy no one in the retail arena should ever give bad customer service that will cost them to lose out of sales. Now I will not shop here for myself or for others. Please make sure you treat everyone that enters your doors with exceptional customer service. You never know what kind of business they can bring you. Also, it's just the right thing to do!

We found primo parking and stepped into a bustling boutique full of lovely gifts, clothing for babies and little ones and women's clothing, shoes and accessories. A lot of the stuff is just not exactly my style - like the large selection of Brighton - a trend that seems to hang on pretty hard in central Oklahoma, same for all the Miss Me. But I was pleased to see a huge selection of Tom's shoes, fun and trendy dresses, blouses and skirts, as well as pajamas, robes, and lots of jewelry that I would wear. A lovely woman helped us as we tried to track down Tom's for me to wear under my wedding dress. Everyone in the shop was the right blend of helpful without even a hint of pushiness. They keep track of what it is you're looking for and place a courtesy call when your order comes in. If we had more time, I'm sure I would have done a lot more damage, but as it happened, I found a skirt on sale, a great summer dress and got my name on the list for their next Tom's order. I went to the food court that was there and got me a plate with lo mein bourbon chicken, and some other chicken, but I forgot the name of it and it was really good and the portion size was pretty decent. It does taste like your typical cuisine that you would get any more, but it was still good. I enjoyed the fact that most of the stores were open as I know it's some Ally Miles things begin to close. I also like that they have a few food places to choose from. It is not like your typical larger mall, but it will still look good enough variety to get a snack, they also had several vending machines and drink machines throughout the outdoor walking area. I would recommend stopping by this mall because it doesn't hurt any outlet mall to take a look and see what kind of deals and steals you can find.

I recently went here for some Christmas shopping and I appreciate the selection of purse stores and box lunch for cartoon/anime accessories. They do have a cafeteria area that has a couple shops to get food and drinks. I've never eaten there, but I did try the boba before. It was good, but you can't adjust the sweetness on the drinks. I love that they have some neat areas with large heaters that look like flames. We came here and warmed up a couple times while shopping. There are plenty of parking spots scattered around the outlet mall. I like to park behind Columbia store. I feel like no one ever parks there. There are good sales around the holidays, so go check them out.
