Either way, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The setup is great with chairs lined up next to each other and across from each other divided by a "color bar" where your colorist mixes the colors in front of you in preparation. They also offer blow drys and styling for an additional price. Otherwise, you come in for a color, wash/rinse, and can finish styling yourself at a self service station with a blow dryer, styling products, and comb or brush of your choice. I definitely plan to return because I enjoyed the experience and like how my color turned out. I signed up for a membership. I will not be using their deep conditioning products in the future. I upgraded and added it to my service but had many tangles and knots in my hair to comb out after my rinse.

My appointment was pushed back to 11:30 due to delays with another client. I was a bit skeptical due to the poor reviews in Yelp, but I'm glad I went with it! I have long frizzy hair so I opted for the extended blow out and anti frizz application. There was a look book that I got to select from and I chose the beach wave with additional volume near the crown of my head. I was happy with the results and I got compliments at the wedding! So happy I added the anti frizz applied action bc my hair really looked fabulous even in this humid weather! I'll definitely opt for a blow out next time I attend a wedding as it saved me so much time. One less thing to worry about!
