Their diagnostic inspection showed the entire coolant line/system/water pump needed to be replaced on my 2001 740i Sport. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done, and even showed me where the leaks where coming from. The quote I was given was more then fair...in fact, I was later told the hours put into the job far exceeded the hours quoted (four fold!). I was still given the original quote. The entire team is beyond TOP NOTCH! They also replaced my valve cover gaskets because they were in pretty bad shape, and they only charged me for the parts. Thank you, thank you! Trust me when I say...Angel is the BMW Master Tech you're looking for...he will take excellent care of your bimmer...and KingKoupe will not gouge you senseless like the dealer will. They honestly went above & beyond...and as an added bonus, they posted photos & video footage of their excellent work on Instagram. The waiting area is a clean and comfortable lounge with entertainment. The cost of the diagnostic inspection was discounted from the quote...and their exceptional work is back by a two year warranty. You will find the same service for at least 45% less…read more I spoke to a guy name JJ and he provided to me with a quote over the phone that I had to laugh at him, I took his quote to another European shop no to far from them. I got my car fix for 45% less than the quote JJ gave me. This particular shop has prices way higher than the dealership Field BMW. When I went to get my car back, I told one guy they will be out of business soon and he said No I do not think so we are busy. I wish them the best of luck but when someone acts cokie they would not last long. Again I wish them the best but before you make a decision to leave your car in this shop please take the quote somewhere else and you will get a way better price. Also when you take your vehicle there, with the problem you're bringing the car for, you will come out with 5 other problems lol. My quote came to over $5K and I had to laugh. The same problems the car had were going to be fixed for my car for less than $3K. That's a big difference. Please before leaving your car with JJ, take the quote to another European shop and I will bet you will get a way better price. I am not sure how they are getting a 5 Star review in Google either they are paying someone for those or they are asking their customers to give them a a 5 star review. If you look they have been open for a few years and they do not have that many reviews to be saying they are busy. Anyway do your research first before leaving your vehicle. Mike and Helen run an honest business and are a pleasure to do business with. At one point I had a loud thunking noise coming from the front of my car when turning. Mike took a look and let me know that the boot was coming off of one of the CV joints. He said that "eventually the part would go bad, but I didn't need to worry about it now and could save my christmas money." That kind of honesty is really refreshing in a mechanic. The repairs are quick, the prices are reasonable, and there's always a smile and a free ride back to my house. Regardless of what brand of car we own in the future, I know that we'll continue to bring them to the car spa for repairs.

They themselves drive Japaneese manufactured automobiles, so owners of Hondas, Toyotas, Nissans, etc. should feel comfortable with the level of expertise provided by their mechanics. My repair included a part billed to me at reasonable purchase cost instead of the much higher retail cost. The labor was reasonable and adjusted down from "book" because I had already removed the old part. There was only one problem preventing me from giving this business 5 stars - included in the repair cost was a "Service charge" of over $11. There is a large sign in the shop indicating that the service charge is for miscellaneous parts including nuts and bolts, grease, shop towels, etc. My repair required no miscellaneous bolts or other parts (everything was included in the part or re-used from the old part). There may have been a number of minor costs for shop towels, etc. I expected the service change for me to be $2-3 generously. Instead of denying the charge, I asked Helen how the charge was calculated. She feigned ignorance, said something vague about a percentage of the total cost, then promptly removed the charge without my requesting it to be removed. When asked if I felt better about the removed charge, I told her honestly, "No. I was asking for clarification, only." I suggested a $2-3 shop charge was appropriate. She refused to even consider it. This was awkward, to say the least. A 5% fee will never be fair, as some parts cost much but require little labor and vice versa. The service charge should be flat or calculated based on the amount of labor and it should reflect a reasonable estimation of the costs associated with the repair. To do otherwise is frankly dishonest. I feel certain that Helen and Mike are just trying to cover their costs as effectively as they can, and that this charge is not intended to gouge their customers. I will definitely patronize The Car Spa again soon, and hope to find the service charge calculated more appropriately.

a complete waste of time and money, went to take my nissan to get the clutch replaced got it back…read moreand the car drove fine for 2 miles and then it wouldnt go into gear, took it back to them and they gave me the run around saying it was my flywheel when i bought the kit from z1motorsports all brand new and they said they "made some adjustments" which didnt even fix the issue and now my nissan isnt driveable until i pay someone else to take the transmission apart and figure out what they did wrong. overall i dont recommend my worst enemy to go there unless they want to end up with a 2 ton paperweight sitting in the driveway.
