I gave her two stars because our initial conversation about my 5 email questions was not bad. She was friendly and warm and explained to me my answers would come as soon as the Paypal payment had processed. She also wanted to get a little more clarification on my questions. I gave her details about each situation for my questions and she let me know i'd hear from her in a few days. After we got off the phone I was thinking about it and I was just curious as to how her responses are derived given all the information I have provided. When I emailed her to ask her that her response was surprising. She called and left me a long voicemail and berated me for asking that question and went on to say she's not a psychic who tells you things to prove her abilities. She went on to say she couldn't answer my questions and after sounding angry ended the voicemail by saying she wasn't angry or mad (twice). She clearly sounded mad and after the voicemail I received two angry sounding emails letting me know she wasn't going to help me and that I "needed to seek a tarot reading" or see some psychic. She canceled my payment on Paypal and never replied to my email. All in all I think she overreacted to my question and behaved unprofessionally and rude. I was disappointed because our initial conversation was good and she was warm and friendly. But you can definitely tell she has a short fuse if you've ever listened to her radio shows on her website.
