My parents feedback: 1) Every dish she makes is THE BEST EVER. We mean ever! She makes it so easy for us to simply reheat every meal, but they are still full of flavor and fresh! 2) Communication is amazing. Very responsive, proactive, trustworthy, reliable. Excellent through email or text. 3) Professional. 4) Easy payment transactions and transparency of price for groceries and service. I feel so lucky to have found her through Yelp myself! I can't recommend her highly enough and anyone would be fortunate to have her delicious, convenient meals. My parents were constantly ordering out for lunch and dinner...not the healthiest choices nor cost effective. The few delivery services they tried were complicated for them to navigate on apps and even when they got meals they weren't their favorite. Other chefs they worked with kept making the same meals (boring!) and they were dry or bland when reheating. Now my parents can open the fridge and reheat a delicious, healthy meal of their choosing. Chef Zaida provides great meal planning options while also listening to my parents feedback and incorporating some of their favorite dishes. She listens and truly cares about her clients! She will send an announcement out with a specific menu that will be offered- you order ahead of time and pick up on Fridays between 3 and 6 PM. Everything is packaged wonderfully, and for the most part, so far, everything reheats at 350° in your oven in about 20 minutes and you have an amazing Southwest Sierra Bonita level meal. We had out tasting in early January for our late February wedding (trust me, I thought this was too late, but they assured me it was more than enough time) and the tasting was great- easy to schedule and communicate what we were interested in trying. The food was incredible and we were super excited to have them as our top contender for the wedding dinner! They helped set up our buffet dinner for just under 100 guests, made the table look beautiful, they ensured we had our meal before our guests (thank you!! Otherwise I don't think we would have had a chance to eat tbh), they filled our champagne glasses for toasts, and allowed us to customize every option from day one. On top of these things, the chef made sure to introduce himself and check on us throughout the night, the serving staff saved us appetizers during cocktail hour to ensure we were fed throughout the night and they made sure that we were taken care of first and foremost which just helped us feel that much more special. She asked for $650 up front to cover cost of meals ((I only wanted 3 a week) but after paying and receiving three meals I calculated each meal was $54.00. She had indicated meals were $20.00 and the rest of the money was for coaching which I never wanted. I asked to stop the service and get reimbursed for what I didn't get....and she refused (even though she had verbally said she would refund if I wasn't happy.)
