We used Tacos Trafi Catering for the launch of Sun Pickleball Academy, a local pickleball instructor that teaches kids and adults how to play pickleball. The event was family-friendly, there were lots of kids, and it was outside (About 50 people). Tacos Trafi was outstanding! Oscar was wonderful and had some great ideas about catering for the event. BONUS: Some of the food is Vegan and/or gluten-free, and so we were neatly able to cater to folks' food sensitivities as well. To order, we were able to view their availability and choose a catering package and place a down payment to reserve them from their Web site (very easy). Then I was able to place a custom order of quesadillas with Oscar. He was right: The quesadillas were a huge hit with the crowd, and we actually ran out because I didn't understand how popular they would be. We researched multiple companies for street tacos and found Tacos Trafi to have the best pricing and reviews. This event was a post nup party for 80 plus people in our back yard. They set up two hours ahead, smell was amazing while cooking everything fresh. The grilled carmalized onions and jalapenos were phenomenal.
