First I can't tell you how amazing the service was right off the bat, staff on the phone, via email in person, everyone associated with them was kind, courteous and so helpful. We used Tacos Trafi Catering for the launch of Sun Pickleball Academy, a local pickleball instructor that teaches kids and adults how to play pickleball. The event was family-friendly, there were lots of kids, and it was outside (About 50 people). Tacos Trafi was outstanding! Oscar was wonderful and had some great ideas about catering for the event. BONUS: Some of the food is Vegan and/or gluten-free, and so we were neatly able to cater to folks' food sensitivities as well. To order, we were able to view their availability and choose a catering package and place a down payment to reserve them from their Web site (very easy). Then I was able to place a custom order of quesadillas with Oscar. He was right: The quesadillas were a huge hit with the crowd, and we actually ran out because I didn't understand how popular they would be. Tacos Trafi was not only professional, but they were warm and friendly, and we received some excellent feedback and comments from guests about the food and the entire event. It began with the ease of scheduling, but when I received a couple of confirmation phone calls to ensure the details of the event were covered, I knew we would be in good hands. Then, Oscar and Shawn arrived just as scheduled and set up their areas to cook and serve. And while I was unloading my car, Shawn offered to help me unload. So kind! We researched multiple companies for street tacos and found Tacos Trafi to have the best pricing and reviews. This event was a post nup party for 80 plus people in our back yard. They set up two hours ahead, smell was amazing while cooking everything fresh. The grilled carmalized onions and jalapenos were phenomenal. All 3 meats had great flavor and the Al Pastor went the fastest and had the best seasoning I have tasted. Oscar, the owner, was so professional and made us feel like like it was our day.
