They didn't play our song as we walked down the aisle, left the ceremony venue a mess (so much so that my wife and I had to return to clean the venue ourselves the next day), messed up our seating chart despite several emails with super clear instructions and dropped the ball on almost everything we asked them to do. What doesn't she do? She starts planning with you months in advance, she gave us a timeline with due dates so we knew what we needed to be accountable for, I loved this. On your wedding day she is the first one there and the last one to leave making sure everything gets broken down swept up and left cleaner than you found it. I was so nervous the day of my wedding I forgot to bring my vows she had them printed on site. She was available at all times throughout the planning process. I was late in the game to find a dress and she came with me so I didn't have to go alone. We were in the heart of Brooklyn running around in the rain and we found my dream dress. I can't say enough great things about her, she is just a real down to earth hard working woman who is smart, sweet, and the kind of person you want to have at your side when you want your day to be perfect. She is very organized, has a great understanding of where to go based on the style of dress you're looking for, has great recommendations for veils, flowers, music, photography, really anything you need. A few times I was worried about sticking within my budget and she was very helpful to research with me in order to stick to that. The day of the wedding, however, these people brought completely different flowers than the one my sister had selected. Additionally, the flowers they brought were drab, lifeless, and wilted. Take a look at the attached pictures and judge for yourself. Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you. Rachel, if you're reading this: if I'm really slandering you, then sue me. I will give you my address so you can file the lawsuit and serve me with process. But you're not going to do that, because you don't actually want these allegations adjudicated in court, because you know that they're true and you would lose.
