The best wedding cake that we've ever had! For our wedding, we went with a Meyer lemon cake with lemon curd and raspberry compote. The cake was moist but with good structure and the fruit flavors were fresh and bright. We loved being able to customize our flavors and design. What a find! I had planned what I thought was the perfect weekend at Cavallo Point to celebrate my partner's birthday with her family and friends. Then we found Kirstin and Economy Pie and perfection got even better. Kirstin (who, like my partner Leslie, has a Swedish ancestry) was so excited to help us celebrate. She made 2 pies - one nectarine/plum and one coconut cream which was somehow gluten- and dairy-free (but we have no idea how) for our first night pizza party.
