We'd also asked that they try to do the work with minimal dust generation, since someone was still living in the unit while the work was being done, which is difficult since mud application usually involves multiple rounds of dry sanding. Getting the walls flat without the dry sanding process is harder to do, and they still did an incredible job with it. Victor and his team delivered - to an extraordinarily level of quality, while being on time and on budget, with great communication throughout the process. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the Menjivar team.
